Highly recommend working with Nate. It was a very relaxing shopping experience, didn’t feel pressured to buy, he was great. I’m very picky and definitely not a fan of traditional style, so he showed me options that would fit my tastes. I really appreciated that when we came back even though he had two clients at the same time, he made sure to give time to each of us. Excited to get my new sectional.

I had the pleasure of working with Bernadette who truly went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their ability to give me space to browse while also being readily available to answer any questions I had. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and even helped me organize and design a room layout that exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service made my furniture shopping experience a truly enjoyable one. What started out as an amazing shopping experience quickly took a turn for the worst. Delivery dates were not met which sadly resulted in no furniture for a party that was scheduled a few weeks out on items that were supposed to be in-stock and immediately available. While it wasn't the end of the world and the party still went off, the team over at Ashley namely, Sam, really made sure we were taken care of. He was very sympathetic to the situation and did what he was able to for us. Because of this I will still be shopping at this location and hope that others have an even better experience. He truly is an advocate for his customers and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues you may encounter. 12/10 recommend people like Sam no matter how bad an initial outcome may be.

My wife and I came in for the first time and we were very happy with the customer service we received. We got a beautiful new dining room table for less than $300.00. Shout out to Calvin who helped us from the very beginning!!! He did not push us too much like other salesman but showed us what we wanted and gave us space to think as long as we needed to. Was met by Jerry at the door. He ask if I had been in before. Told him what I was looking for, he directed me to the area, showed me a few things. Then let me look for a while. Found what I wanted. Jerry completed the papers, explained everything to me. I was extreamley pleased with Jerry and customer service!

Well the wife and I were just cruising by and said let’s see if they will finance us some new sofas. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with open arms. Friendliest people you will ever deal with! Hands down one of the best experiences in a long time dealing with financing or buying in general. They will help you every step off the way and they don’t try to sell you anything they let you browse and make your own choices without pressure! Definitely gonna go back for more furniture!

I had an exceptional experience at Ashley Furniture, thanks in large part to Angela, whose styling expertise was absolutely top-notch! Angela went above and beyond in assisting us, offering insightful furniture and color suggestions that perfectly matched our home's aesthetic. She even managed to help us secure an out-of-stock dining room table by proactively reaching out to an out-of-state store. Highly recommend working with Ronald! He provided an excellent furniture shopping experience for us! We’re new to Arizona and he shared some of his favorite spots and gave us a warm welcome to the state. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various options for furnishing our home. We went into Ashley today to look for a couch and had the best experience! Karin was super helpful and friendly and made the process really easy. We ended up buying a couch today and will come back here in the future. 10/10 recommend coming to this Ashley location!

Audrey was our sales representative and was fantastic. Was helpful but not pushy. And her managers, Sam and Ryan, were just as fantastic. Answered all our questions, showed us everything we asked for and helped us with funded the best buys for our buck. Highly recommended this store in Gilbert, Az.

Don Stubbs was excellent to work with! He very patiently accommodated us, along with friends & my mother, showing up more than once (The first time, a few glasses of wine into our evening, and right before closing) to check out multiple different sectionals.

When our family & friends are together, it’s a bit like wrangling cats, so props to Don for keeping us on track and doing a wonderful job of consulting on the different products available, along with his knowledge about upholstery care, cleaning, and what to do if we discover that a particular piece doesn’t work in our space.

We are very excited to receive our beautiful new living furniture later this week and I HIGHLY recommend you go visit Don when looking for your new furnishings. AAA+ service all around!

We had a fantastic experience finding a dresser at Ashley thanks to Bobby! He was incredibly honest and helpful throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to our needs and budget, and didn't try to push us towards anything that wasn't a perfect fit. We really appreciated his genuine approach, and we're thrilled with the dresser we chose!

Jaeden was an amazing representative to work with. He was very friendly, a great listener and was eager to answer all of my questions about the sofa set, delivery and warranty. He was patient when I changed my mind several times and when I had to call my husband for confirmation. I will certainly come back when we need more furniture!

Came in to look at couches, (Greg) greeted us at the door and was happy to show us around. Found a few things we liked, and really wasn’t thinking I would make a decision today, but (Greg) was so helpful that we were able to narrow down our decisions and purchase not only two couches, but coffee table, credenza, And other items that we needed. I would highly recommend (Greg) and the shopping experience at Ashley‘s.

I purchased some couches a while back and had some damage to them. Ashley Furniture dispatched their technician named Kevin to come out and fix the damage. Kevin was great to work with, not only did he let us watch but he also went above and beyond to repair the damage. He was meticulous and detail oriented which made me more comfortable knowing that it would be fixed correctly without any shortcuts. I am in the Chandler/Gilbert area. If possible, I highly recommend you request Kevin to come out. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field.

We were warmly greeted by Greg S. as soon as we walked in. He provided us with detailed information and gave us time to discuss our options. We believe he worked hard to get us the best deal. We can't wait for our furniture to arrive in a few days. We highly recommend working with Greg S.

She was so patient with us even when it took us hours (really, hours) to decide what couches were we buying. She was so nice and diligent that we ended up buying like 5 quilt sets, a mirror, more decorations and the 5 couches we need for our different Airbnb spaces.

We visited with two different sales people both times we came in to look at adjustable bed bases and both were so helpful, informed and nice! We are so excited to get our new base and sleep more comfortably! The prices here were also the best we found around town!

I was helped with Bobby to purchase some furniture and Sam that works on the financial side. They are amazing working with customers. Very professional, knowledgable and respectful. I’m love this store and the products that I tell everyone about it specifically the employees that helped me with my purchase.
