Gourmet burger it is! Been a patron for more than 15yrs and Red Robin does not disappoint.

Absolutely loved this experience. Celebrated Father’s Day with my wife and her Dad. Bottomless Drinks and Sides. Our waitress Jae was fantastic.

Food was GREAT, been a while since I had a burger from here. The whiskey river BBQ burger was AMAZING!!

I met a work acquaintance/friend for lunch here last Friday. We were there for just under three hours, the service was absolutely exceptional. As a training resource, I am going to take my production staff there for lunch soon to experience the level of care and attention they provide. We were checked in on 12 different times, by four different staff members. They were polite and sincere, and the way they engaged with us didn’t even disrupt the flow of conversation we were having. I love great customer service and they really nailed it, way to go Red Robin team off Stapley and baseline in Gilbert Az. Oh and the food was good too

My birthday was on the 4th and Jake took care of me with my free burger and additional burger I ordered. He was nice, welcoming, quick, and understanding! The ladies up front could learn a few things from him! The food was great as always and I'm glad they added the turkey burger option! We love it!

Came here on a lunch break with a coworker! Veronica was our waitress, we got absolutely amazing service from her. She greeted us swiftly and promptly, she got our food orders out to us very quick! She also checked on us several times. The manager even came in and gave us free fries to start with since it was our first time in which was very nice! Friend says food is amazing and I happen to agree. Thank you so much Veronica, brightened our day with your great energy.

We came for a late lunch for our daughter’s birthday. She had a rough start but the staff and management were all so kind and helpful this skyrocketed to our favorite Red Robin. We were very happy with our food too.

Unexpectedly had an incredible dining experience here! It was my first time at a Red Robin and it didn’t disappoint. Bar manager Jacob and GM Erik made me feel like royalty. Completely surprised! Will be coming back here for sure.

The food is always good at Red Robin but I am review the exceptional customer service we received from our server Marquis! He was attentive, timely, kind and kept it lighthearted with our table. And we needed it after a long week. For this reason, I will for sure be back and sitting in his section next time I get a chance.

Two friends and I ordered hamburgers and French 5 with multiple customizations. Aside from one small error, they had exceptional service and made sure our beverages never ran out. 10/10 recommend

My experience this time around d was 1000x better then the last. The staff was very friendly and efficient and super accommodating. The food tasted great and was made exactly to pur specifications. A lot better of an experience this time around. It's nice to see your feedback implemented.

My husband and I love coming to this Red Robin. We always get great service, and the food is consistently delicious. Tried their prickly pear margarita this time and loved it!

Server Jake took really good care of our special needs. They had a girl go out and really clean table and chairs off on the patio before seeing us. Way to go guys! They have nice vinyl tablecloths out there. By the way I asked 12/4/23 if their patio heaters work and they said no. Make sure you ask for server to split checks. Their new kiosks do not allow for you to do it yourself anymore.

Best burgers in town! Had the pepper bacon burger 🍔, the bacon was thick and perfectly cooked. Endless fries, Candace our waitress was the nicest ever! Come see her, she says hi!

This is our go to RR location and service is always great. Tonight, the waiter we had definitely gave us the best of service. He was busy but he checked in as needed and got us anything we needed promptly. He was also great with our children. Tonight was probably the best service we’ve had so far. We hadn’t been here since the catastrophic Christmas Eve night at this RR so this service definitely made up for one crazy busy night.

I love the burgers and endless fries. I have been 20+ times and have only had one bad waiter, but haven't seen him since. Great staff!

Excellent service. Food was great. Had a blue cheese burger and bottomless fries. Other meal was chicken tenders with fries as well. Camp sauce is pretty good. In AZ don’t forget to try prickly pear lemonade. 👌

Honestly if I could give more stars I would. Me and my family came here to celebrate my birthday of 10 total people. We originally went to Bobby Q place but left because we got greeted with horrible service. Jey our server did amazing job! Made all of us laugh and enjoy our time there. Thank you for making my birthday a better day

Came here for my daughters birthday (her request was burgers) Not only was our server great, but the managers who approached us were amazing. They made my daughter so happy! They sang her happy birthday, brought her stickers and swag (as well as for her brother) and gave her an ice cream (as well as her brother.) They gave us coupons and extras and we will be back!
