ApproXie Urgent Care - Town Madison

My symptoms came on overnight. I was able to request an early appointment, and it was confirmed BEFORE the office opened.

Staff was very caring, courteous and professional. Paige Constant was attentive, concerned, and knowledgeable. The med tech was great as well; I wish I could recall her name (it was an unusual pretty name).

All were thorough! I felt cared for and heard.

With the appointment, there was very little wait time. I would recommend APPROXIE Urgent Care to anyone!!

We drive past 5 other urgent care options to get to ApproXie. Always very satisfied with their timeliness and level of service.

Everyone from front desk to providers are wonderful at Approxie. I saw Haven yesterday and have seen her before. She is so caring and compassionate about her patients ♥ I have recommended Approxie to many of my friends for urgent care. Keep doing what y’all are doing I appreciate y’all and your staff.

My new go to for urgent care. The staff is so polite and professional, only thing is they didn’t accept my plan so I had to do a self pay. My insurance will change in May and they do accept it. They were thorough and quick they even let me lie down because I was hurting all over the place is very clean as well.Great job Ladies!!!

I have been a returning patient at Approxie Urgent Care for several years now. They are my absolute go to for health care. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. The offices are all very clean and inviting. I have been seen for various things over the years and in each case I felt like I was truly being listened to and attended to like I was the one and only patient and my condition mattered to them. They have labs on site so they really work fast in diagnosing and treating you. Please don't hesitate to use them. Each of their locations are awesome. I promise you have never had a clinical experience like this. They have made my primary physician obsolete, aside from my yearly check up, that I have to schedule three months in advance.

The folks at ApproXie were extremely helpful in getting me diagnosed very quickly. There was hardly any waiting at all. The customer service here is excellent!

Ironically, the other location further north on Wall-Triana is closer to Town Madison than this one.

Otherwise, though, great clinic. Friendly, helpful staff and medical personnel. Not very busy, only had to wait a few minutes because they had to get me into the system. Easy place to get in and out quickly without exposing yourself to a ton of folks with respiratory illnesses. Highly recommended if you live near Gate 7.

Great team, minimal wait. They get you taken care of and on your way as quickly as they can.

Great experience. Scheduled an appointment online. Was in and out with a diagnosis and prescriptions in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was professional and the facility was clean.

This is my first time going to Approxie urgent care. I was very sick and they treated me very well and found out I had Covid. They gave me a steroid shot along with medication for my severe headache. Such nice people and I will differently go back. Highly recommended them!

Fantastic experience! I walked-in without an appointment shortly after they opened on a Wed am and had no wait. I got to see a Dr (opposed to a RN/PA or NP) and he was great. Dr. Shah was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He didn’t rush and explained things clearly. His staff was awesome too. My experience could not have been any better. Thank you Dr. Shah and staff keep up the good work.

Dr. Shah and his team are amazing! This is the second Approxie location I have visited and their service is always consistent, professional and friendly. Having the ability to schedule an appointment through their app and choose from multiple locations is such a plus! They have always taken great care of me, my family and my friends. I am grateful for their services and would recommend them to anyone. I am only allowed to give them five stars here; but, if I could, I would give them 100. Thank you guys!

I went in for a DoT physical at their Wall Triana location and was seen quickly. Jada and have both were great while performing the physical and it was a fun experience. Many thanks to Catherine for recommending the location to me to work it into my busy schedule.

The nurse practitioner and her assistant in training are amazing here! They both had perfect bedside manner and made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. I needed a breast exam in a rush since I was leaving the country for four months. They made me feel like everything was going to be okay and ordered me an ultrasound immediately!

Every OBGYN in town turned me down and one even told me it would be impossible to get any kind of testing done within a week, but they got the job done!

I highly recommend visiting this urgent care! They are very kind, empathetic, and great at their jobs!

Have to say that my experience today at the new town Madison location was hands-down the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I requested an appointment online and within 10 minutes I had a text message with what time to be at the facility.
Dr. Shah personally welcomed everyone that was waiting to be seen and actually did some triage himself in order to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Incredible service. Highly recommend !

We have been usually go to the Aproxie on Sullivan street and Im sad to say that service from the check in people to the providers has gone down hill. So I went to this one in town madison and we loved it. The lady who checked me in was super friendly at the front, the lady who did my vital signs was great also, then we found Haven who used to be at the other one. Haven is awesome and listens to you about how you are feeling and spends time to explains to you. Im glad we found Haven at this one. Shes awesome!

Finished my first month. Feeling good. Looking forward to continued services. Welcoming office great staff.

The receptionist Anna was very kind and knowledgeable. The nurse Teyona was very friendly and helpful as well. I saw Dr. King. She didn't rush me, she let me ask my questions and was able to help me quickly.

They were all very professional and courteous. This was a great experience when I wasn't feeling well. I'll definitely come here again. It's refreshing to have such a good medical experience.

I needed a quick turn around on a physical and bloodwork and they were absolutely incredible. Staff and CRNP were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use this clinic for medical needs. THANK YOU !
