My experience with Classic Homecare was nothing but wonderful. From the first phone call to all of the subsequent texts and calls, they were caring, patient, and willing to help in any way possible. Although we were never able to use their services because my mom’s illness progressed too quickly, they were always very caring and professional. They met with me as soon as they could and explained everything in simple terms. Everything was clearly spelled out and the contract was open and easy to understand.
Over the 2 weeks we had my mom at home, they kept in touch and were always ready to accommodate us in any manor we might need. These are definitely the people you want handling your home healthcare. I’ll recommend them to anyone who is needing this type of care.

Classic HomeCare is a life saver. They were there when no when else would take the time to talk with me on the phone and help me. I spent several months talking with Ron before I committed to letting them helping me. I am so glad I gave them a chance. I would be lost without them. I can’t recommend them enough.

Ron with Classic Home Care did a great job with matching a companion up with my mom. It was important that my mom not feel like she was being "babysat" but was meeting a companion to keep her company while I worked. They became the best of friends. My mom was spoiled by the care and companionship she received. There were tears when my mom left but they exchanged numbers and addresses and plan to keep in touch. I would recommend Classic Home Care if you need someone for your elderly loved one.

Thank goodness for Classic Home Care. Ron and his team were there for me when I needed immediate help as my Mom was being discharged from a rehab center. They mobilized immediately (within 4 hrs) and have been with us for the past 6 months. The caregivers have been wonderful. Classic Home Care has been very responsive to our questions and and we greatly appreciate them.

Classic Home Care was in charge of my uncle's care while he was recovering from surgery. I found all of the caregivers who work there to be very capable and respectful, and most importantly very reliable. We never had to scramble to cover for someone not showing up and never had to worry that he wasn't getting all his needs met. Mr. Rosenberg went out of his way to be available, answer questions, and provide solutions for any issue that arose. I would recommend Classic Home Care for anyone with short term or long term caregiving needs.

Classic Home Care has been easy to work with. Administrative staff have been very helpful making this difficult time for our family easier. A special shout out to Tarsha Lang, HHA. Tarsha has been pleasant to be around and takes her responsibilities to my family very seriously. She seems to instinctively know what to say and do to get cooperation of her patient. She has been very helpful around the house assisting with household chores. She is a gem.

What a Great Company. I want to thank Ron and his Team at Classic Home Care for helping me at a very low point in my life. They provided caring and compassionate aides that have put me back on the road to recovery. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for me. Having discontinued caregiver support from another agency, I contacted Ron Rosenberg at Classic Home Care (CHC) to request overnight support for my mother As Soon As Possible. The very next day Ron arranged the 1st caregiver! Furthermore, over that week my mother met several of his staff. Starting the 2nd week, she was able to receive support from the 1-2 CHC staff that she was most comfortable with. She has now reduced her need for overnight support, and started having some CHC service provided during the day: assistance while shopping, cleaning the house etc. In summary, CHC provides excellent support, and I highly recommend them!

Just an FYI to those who are starting this process: it is important that whichever caregiver service you choose offers you the opportunity to meet/interview potential caregivers - this is something done routinely at CNC, but was not a practice at the 1st service we worked with.

My experience with Classic Home Care was very positive. While my great uncle recovered from surgery, he couldn't take care of himself. It was a great relief to my family to see how well he was cared for when they couldn't be there themselves.
