I hired AVID to provide home care for my mother who has dementia. They have always been professional, kind, caring and dependable. They were good at communicating with me and went above and beyond to help resolve problem behaviors. I especially appreciate being able to get help for only a few hours at a time. I highly recommend them.

Avid Home Care took great care of my mom for the last three to four years. She could be a handful on some occasions but she was always safe in thier care.

The people at Avid did a great job keeping my mom comfortable. At times the employees they sent weren’t the exact right fit for my mother but they quickly rectified those issues and more. I would highly recommend Avid if you need help in your or a loved one’s home

The owner, Traci, started this home care service because she saw a lack of proper home care. Over the last 4 years, I have been continually impressed by her level of professionalism, honesty, and conduct. She helped both my grandmother and grandfather transition from this life to the next. She and her staff genuinely care about their clients. Both she and one of her aids, Karston, attended my grandfather’s funeral and spent time with our family because they wanted to. Despite a sad time of losing my beloved grandparents, I was able to be at ease knowing they were being taken care of well and thoroughly. Dealing with older people, let alone dying older people is definitely not an easy job. But I will say that Traci and Karston have shown true integrity, excellent character, and skill to match. They are real humans that care a great deal about the real humans they work for. Thank you Traci and Karston!
