Valvoline Instant Oil Change

We had an oil change, transmission fluid change, and rear differential fluid change in less than 25 minutes.
Staff was friendly and not assertive with the optional services. Very comfortable experience.

Chris and crew did a great job and took care of everything my mom's car needed. I like the energy of this place. The people working here are professional and seem to enjoy what they do.

The techs who worked on the car was fantastic! I was able to get an oil change with a sleeping baby in the back seat! If I had to make a complaint it would be that on those hot days I wish the bays were ACed (mostly for the people working) however it stinks having to turn off the cars AC with kids in the back.

Chris was super nice and the rest of the team working today were very nice. Professional and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend this location.

As someone with a busy schedule who needed a quick oil change, I was glad to be serviced here. They explained different services without trying to push a sell too hard and I drove away feeling like I understood more. Finley was personable and made my first valvoline experience very pleasant. May be more expensive then my regular mechanic, but it was worth it for the fast service and it certainly beat having to schedule an appointment. Thanks!

I have gone here for 3 years to get oil changes. Just recently for that, a differential and transmission fluid change and also got the fuel line treatment and transfer case fluid change. All reasonably priced and services done very quickly. Not to mention you don't need to leave your car to get all this done! Everyone at the Hanover location is friendly and helpful. A great team!

I went to get my transmission fluid changed to find out I couldn’t get it done anywhere other than the dealership just because of my car. I wasn’t getting another service done so they could have just sent me on my way, but Ian was extremely kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain thoroughly why that was. Highly recommended getting any routine maintenance done here.

In and out super quick and they were professional and friendly. Went for an oil change, and use a coupon found online to save some money. Overall an easy experience, which is why you’re going to Valvoline.

I have been bringing my car and my girlfriends car here for a while. I always get pretty good service, by my most recent visit to as another level of service. I believe the manager’s name was Ian. He went way out of his way to give me great service. As long as he is working there, they’ll keep getting my business and I will recommend them to anyone.

The Hanover Valvoline has wonderful knowledgeable and honest employees! I won’t take my car anywhere else for my oil changes. The new makeover is great as well.

Everything was good, I was the 3rd in line, about a 20 minute wait, to be expected. Checked all fluids and tire pressure as well. Oil change took about 10 minutes and I was on my way. They scanned a 10 coupon on my phone Which was found on the Valvoline site . Synthetic blend oil change for my Pick up truck came to around 65.00 with the 10.00 coupon, pretty much in line with most places these days. Service tech was very friendly and professional, did not try to upsell , highly recommended! (This was at the Plymouth location)

Quick and convenient. Cabin air filter was hard to get to and harder to put glove box back together but the manager was committed and got the job done. I appreciate and respect his tenacity and commitment to customer service.

Always fast and customer service is top notch. I got an oil change and replaced a light and was in and out in 20 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this location and all Valvolines in general!
