Very little wait time, courteous staff. Dr Soderberg is very easy to talk to and does a wonderful job of explaining what he will be doing, giving you choices when he can. I highly recommended

Dr. Soderberg is AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable and sympathetic. There was an appointment location mess up and I went to the wrong office. When I got to correct location, he was kind enough to see me although I was late. His staff was incredible and were very accommodating. I had a ‘mark’ on the cheek and wouldn’t recommend invasive procedure. He did do a non invasive procedure to make it look better and even gave a follow up appointment after a month to make sure if it had disappeared, otherwise said he would do another one at that time.

Dr Soderberg is a well educated, kind and compassionate doctor. His staff is also wonderful to his patients. I highly recommend him!

The experience from making the appointment, reminders and confirmation, check-in, the appointment itself to check-out was 10 out of 10! It’s rare to experience a seamless and “wait-free” experience when it comes to doctors.

My appointment itself was insightful. Dr. S wasn’t, or I should say, isn’t quick to write you an aggressive RX or procedure. He seems very mindful and answered all my questions in a manner I could absorb and remember. I’ve already made my 6-month check-up and my next annual scan appointments.

My last annual checkup was perfect and Dr. Soderberg was very capable with very good bedside manner. However, his office cancelled my annual follow-up without notifying me and without rescheduling. They have no clue why my appointment was cancelled and why I didn't receive notification. They feel uncompelled to work me in and are booked out 2 months. You'd think they'd want to make good on their mistake but all I got was the Heisman. SUMMARY: great physician; apathetic back office and admin.
UPDATE: The company responded to this post asking me to fill out an online form. I had already done so. Kudos if they actually follow up. I will post if so.
UPDATE (12/12/22): I was personally contacted via phone by a company representative who was very concerned about how my situation was handled. She explained that the individual did not follow standard procedure and is no longer an employee. They got me in to see Dr. Soderberg and, as in past experience, he provided a very thorough examination with excellent bedside manner. Kudos to Forefront Dermatology for making this right.
All is well and I wholeheartedly change my review.

I really like Dr. Soderberg and my boys and I have been patients of his for years. He is not only an expert in his field, but he also has an excellent bedside manner, a clean and professional office, competent staff, offers cutting edge solutions and he truly cares about his patients. Also, I never have an issue getting an appointment. He is excellent with kids as well!

He was very professional from the minute of his introduction. Listened to my needs before offering services. Did not try to sell me more services than what was necessary and prices were fair. I was seen at my appointment time without any delay in waiting room. Highly recommend him if in need of dermatological care
