Great atmosphere and very inviting employees. Got the peanut paradise and husband got the detox island green smoothie. Both were very good. Only took a few minutes to make them. We come here several times a month. Always a good experience.

Service from Management ( Brandon)and all staff was very welcoming and professional. I ordered the Aciai smoothie bowl which was put together well, fresh and delicious. I waited no more than 5 mins for my order.

Always a great experience at this location and the smoothies are delicious. They also have a drive-thru which is so convenient! Highly recommended!

Excellent smoothie's wide variety. Cafe food was delicious as well. All of it was freshly made. The interior and exterior were extremely clean. Lots of help so never wait more than a few minutes. You can eat in or take out. All employees are well trained, friendly and helpful. Everything is handicap accessible. Restrooms are very clean as well. Plenty of parking around the building.

Best smoothies, awesome food. Short on vegetarian items but they can customize to remove meet from other food menu. We ended up overpaying for kids smoothie, just ask which options are available for kids as it is not specified.

5 Stars because Smoothies are absolutely delicious and the workers are doing their absolute best getting orders out but, I think the corporate HQ needs to figure out production processes better. It’s not the employees - - I’ve observed on few occasions and they’re working at ludicrous speed that would impress Dark Helmet and some may exaggerate that the employees are harnessing the power of the Schwartz.

Ordered three smoothies and the wait time was like…
1) need to harvest the fruit from another country
2) fly fruits to U.S.
3) wait til produce clears customs
4) get it to Tropical Smoothie distribution center
5) get it to store…
6) create amazing and tasty smoothies

I think the franchise would benefit from a little lean six sigma process?

It took overall 22 minutes to get all three smoothies. I would actually be okay with waiting as the store was quite busy. However, the smoothies came out 7. minutes. apart…. I won’t pretend to know why or how or the rhyme of reason. Imagine the throughput of volume and return on profits if they improved the process.

Having worked at Starbucks eons ago, these types of jobs are exhausting. So kudos to the employees working there. You guys are amazing, fast, accurate, and get the job done.

We love them so much! Smoothies are consistent and delicious, my whole family gets excited about getting a smoothie on our way to a ball game or after school. Sunrise Sunset is my jam and my boys like Detox Island Green. The hot food is pretty good too if you need something extra filling. Their customer service is fantastic!

We just pulled into the Urbana location at 7:57 (closes at 8) and we’re welcomed by Gage. He was super friendly and happy to see us!! Smoothies were great!

New to this place, but the two times I got smoothies they were excellent and the service was fantastic. Definitely will be returning. Plus the owner supported the public giving non perishable food to a non profit in the area!

I never write reviews but this place is awesome. I've been three times in the past 8 days, and man they have far exceeded my expectations every time. The people taking your order are SUPER friendly and great at answering questions. All my orders have come out exactly as I have requested them (I don't eat meat so I order the plant based protein. And I get the detox green smoothie but want energy with it, so I add energizer and 1/2 scoop sugar). I will continue to go back to this store. Max and Brandon are great!!

Awesome spot, super friendly staff, and fast service. So happy they've come to Urbana and I wish them all the success in the world! I actually think the food is underrated! **EDIT: Team we have to get the payment situation at the window figured out. No, I don't want to tip after you attempt to lead me in that direction. Sometimes you take my card through the window, other times you stick the gigantically awkward non-functioning payment system out of the window. Sometimes you'll even use my rewards without asking me first, love that! Just streamline it. Take the card through the window, tap it/swipe it/insert it...no tip, just allow me to pay for what I ordered...if you want more money then just build it into your pricing. The worst way to get a tip is to ask for one...I'll see you tomorrow, and the next day... :)

We were traveling looking for healthy food choices and this place came up. Great friendly service and the sandwiches and smoothies were great as well!

Love the Urbana location! Drive thru option is a huge plus, the smoothies are so good, the staff offers the best customer service and are the friendliest. A huge shout out to Brandon! We have gone a few times and he is just awesome makes you feel like family. If you are ever in Urbana check this spot out.

This restaurant just opened yesterday and we stopped by from out of town. Food was delicious, pretty fast (place was packed) and the people here were working their butts off. They deserved a great review.

The employees were very nice. It was busy but the wait wasn’t long. The food is amazing! Lots of healthy and yummy options! I love it!

Just started coming to this location. I personally prefer because it’s easier to reach for me. Smoothie is always good. Tried food and it was spot on.
