Asian Bistro

Great little Asian food spot tucked away in a shopping district. Use a GPS to find it since it’s at the back of a little shopping strip. They mostly do takeout but they have a few tables and service is very prompt.

I especially love the lunch specials here - 14.25$ for 3 rolls and a miso soup! The Sashimi and Sushi Lunch special in particular is extremely good value. Solid quality fish. I highly recommend the Snow Crab Avocado roll that you can get in the roll lunch special, since snow crab is usually only found in specialty rolls worth more than the cost of the entire lunch.

Edit: this place continues to be amazing! Incredible Chirashi lunch for only 15$.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was very surprised. Great mix of Chinese, Thai and sushi. Lunch portions were large portions. I haven't had Kung Pao in a long time and it did not disappoint. My wife got the sushi/sashimi lunch combo and honestly it was the best/freshest fish we have had certainty in the Frederick vicinity and very high on our list overall for DC. Great job. Service was fast and polite. So glad we found this place. It will be our new 'go to' place. Keep up the good work!

The wife had tempura chicken, a lot to eat and very good, and brought half home. I had the seafood combination. Shrimp, lobster tail, scallops, crab, and various vegetables. Absolutely delicious and again had to bring half home. Also, a lot of rice.

Order the Singapore Chow Mei Fun (House Style). The menu might call it "Singapore Rice Noodles." It's a thin-style rice noodle dish with meat and veggies. The portion is incredible.

This dish has always been my comfort food.

It wasn't until I ordered it from Asian Bistro that I remembered why: their ingredients were fresh and flavors distinct. This dish is my "takeout - comparison dish" and Asian Bistro takes the championship belt home.

I also had the gyoza - and I swear it must be prepared by hand. If you order takeout over $35 you get some for free if you mention the coupon! (Exp 12/31/24).

Next time I order, I will upload photos. I'm actually trying to not order here all the time now.

Excellent sushi! Definately a great local place to go and eat. The lunch specials are a great value if you come at the right time. The Volcano roll is excellent as well! The soups and egg rolls are on point. Staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. Parking out front is limited and tight. Overall a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat!

The good was really good. I had the mango chicken lunch special. The prices are good and they everything from Thai to sushi. I would come back again the next time I head to New Market. 😀

Sushi and appetizers are good but the Chinese food is meh. I would recommend this business if you stick to sushi and apps.

Quality of food is unmatched here. I come often and make the 30 minute drive because it's the best and most affordable place I've been to so far in Maryland. Their miso soup, soft shell crab and sushi variety are particularly good. The chef is phenomenal, and they're one of the few places around that sells fried ice cream! I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I own Linganore Dental across the street, and am originally a New Yorker. Asian Bistro definitely hits the spot for sushi cravings, and I end up ordering several times a week! Very yummy!

Excellent lunch bento box. Teriyaki salmon with vegetables, sushi, dumplings, miso soup and salad. Copious, fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Restaurant is clean and pleasant. Staff is prompt and friendly. Came up for lunch on my motorcycle, and will return. Lots of takeout business while I was there, which is also a good sign!

Had their House Pad Thai and some spicy tuna rolls after a long day at work and before I had class later that night.

Felt so nice to sit and enjoy something so delicious in peace before I drove the rest of the way home. (It's about equidistant NY my work and my home)

I have been doing grubhub for a little bit and did a few pick ups here and wanted to try it. Finally did after waiting to for over a month. The General Tso, Chicken and Broccoli (with brown rice), spring rolls, and Crab Wontons were delicious. It can seem a little pricey if you use a 3rd party APP. It was $2 more per meal on Doordash, and im sure Grubhub and Ubereats are higher too. You cant blame the restaurant for that..
I decided to pick up through the Doordash app due to a coupon. Next time im ordering directly on their website. I do like how i wasnt charged extra for white meat or brown rice. When we have some extra money, we will try the sushi too. We will definitely be back.

Great Asian restaurant with a large mix of very tasty food. Great if someone likes sushi, but someone else in your group likes a curry or noodle based dish. The dishes are from a variety of Asian cultures. Their staff is friendly and their prices are great. Their weekday lunch special is especially affordable. Great for dine-in or takeout.

This place has sushi that rivals any that I’ve had anywhere in the world. And that includes Japan. The selection they have is incredible. I have loved every bite, and I’ve eaten there countless times. I also love their Thai curries. So good that I have to ensure I don’t get hooked on them.

I cannot tell you how nice it is to have a good oriental restaurant nearby. Even better to have an *excellent* one. I have yet to get a bad meal. Yeah, their egg rolls could be a bit more flavorful, but that is really the worst think that I can say. What is really nice is when you order something like chicken fried rice, they *pack* it in there. The place is clean, well lit, and attractive. Their online menu is extensive. And I do mean extensive.

It also nice that they are right next door to a beer/wine store. :>

Can't say enough about how good these people are. We have tried just about everything, and that was a feat in itself, and have not been disappointed. They dabble in a little bit of everything PAN-Asia. Fast, friendly and about what you'd expect from a mid to top end Asian-American cuisine. Supporting local is just a plus.
