I too frequent businesses where they only offer certain services online and then throw a huge fit when they don’t abide by their posted rules and regulations! 10/10 for the “Karen.” I’m here almost every other day and have never had a bad experience with these “young kids.”

The manager Pam offered the best costumer service. Pam made me the most delicious smoothie I have ever had.(Chocolate Covered Strawberry) not only was she kind to the employees but also to the costumers. When I walked in after having a bad dad she told me things will get better, and they did after I had one of her smoothies. Pam makes tropical more than a smoothie place. Pam makes tropical a loving home for costumers to enjoy her lovely smoothies.

We love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The smoothies hit the spot every time, and there are many possible add-ins. The sandwiches are delicious, and they have a really nice kids menu. They are a bit on the pricey side, so they're a treat.

Absolutely fantastic! Very happy to have a tropical smoothie right here in Mount Airy! Dipali took care of my order and was wonderful and very friendly. They have tables for dining in and also do online ordering and delivery. I got a watermelon mojoto smoothie for breakfast and plan to be back for lunch! Welcome to Mount Airy!

This place is great .went there for some smoothies and a sandwich .WOW the sandwich was really really good and the smoothies were amazing ,you can add really good things like B12 vitamin, multivitamins ,ginger,chia seeds Ect Ect .price for smoothie just a little pricey for me but well worth it,staff were very friendly .you get a welcome as you walk in, they show they are happy to help you . hope it stays this way. tropic cafe Mt airy md will have us coming back for more . The smoothies are delicious and they were made so quickly! I’ve been to other smoothie cafes that take much longer, so I really appreciate the efficient service. Highly recommend!

I went today for the first time with both kids solo and the customer service was amazing. The kids loved it, we got sandwiches and smoothies and it was delicious. Highly recommend. It will be one of our new favorites.

I'm so glad they opened a location here! Delicious smoothies and interesting food menu. Decent prices when combining a smoothie and food, especially since it's almost inevitable there will be some leftovers!

I’m a bit disappointed but I do love tropical smoothie.
They never let me down but today they did.
I wish they would have blended it more. I like to drink my smoothie not eat it in chunks 🤣
Again, I STILL LOVE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE. The morning shift is always the best, afternoon gotta do better.

Disappointing first experience. Ordered a large order for an office lunch. I selected the Thai Chicken Salad, and the chicken was hard as a rock and overcooked to the point it felt reheated multiple times. The dressing was tasty, but only a teeny tiny amount was offered, literally like a TBSP for a whole meal sized salad. The lettuce was fresh, at least. Kinda bummed.

Horrible customer service by "acting" manager "Pam". Saw what I wanted on-line (Chocolate Covered Strawberry) smoothie. Pam was very rude and would not make my drink - said that it is only available online. After we had to listen to her rude mouth, another employee said that he would make it. This is the worse excuse for customer service that I have ever experienced. Pam needs some additional training in how to treat customers.

They have kids working there that half the time don't make the sandwich you ordered. Whoever goes there, do yourself a favor and check your food before you leave
