I would highly recommend Image Pros, our new drive and sidewalk look great. Everyone on their team from sales, work crews and the office were great to work with. The crews seem to enjoy their work and the finished product shows it. They even took extra care taping off the perimeter to keep wild turkeys off the wet cement. What more could you ask?

If you're needing your driveway patched or seal coated. Image Pro's are the ones to call! From the time they gave the estimate until the job was finished everything went according to plan and was handled professionally! Both driveways looked awesome when they were finished. Defiantly will use them again!

I just had a patio, stairs, retaining wall and front sidewalk done by Image Pros and they did a fantastic job. They got me scheduled quickly and Glenn went above and beyond to make sure he knew what I wanted and that everything was to my liking. I had a small issue with the stairs and without hesitation the team remedied the problem immediately. Glenn was here every step of the way to make sure everything was done right and ran smoothly. I highly recommend them for your next project!

Had a new driveway installed fall of 2023. Today(June 2024) it was seal coated to protect my investment. Shout out to glen and team. I appreciate the professional work. Also big thanks to the ladies upstairs for answering all my questions throughout the process. I’m excited to have image pros back over to replace my back patio concrete this fall.

What an amazing job that Image Pro's did to my driveway! Most of my driveway was settling after 14 years and in some places it was down a few inches. My son and his friends were tripping over the gaps and ended up as a safety issue. Image Pro's came out and in a few hours had leveled my driveway. Amazing results. When I thought it was good enough, they explained it should be better and adjusted it accordingly. Great job and thank you! Absolutely would recommend them!

Image Pro's is the way to go! We were looking for a new patio but we didn't know exactly what we were looking for in terms of design. We have an irrigation system and a septic near the area so we wanted a company that was knowledgeable and could help us create a design that would enhance our yard without compromising those systems. Image Pros helped us come up with a plan and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Glenn made multiple trips to the house to map out what the patio would look like. He helped with color and pattern recommendations, and was able to get it all done within a tight timeline. We'll definitely use Image Pro's again!

We hired Image Pros to tear out our driveway, sidewalk, and steps to stoop and to install stamped concrete sidewalk, steps, skirt, and aprons as well as new asphalt for the non concrete areas of our driveway. Glenn helped to advise us on the entire process. We were very happy with the end result. The color options and pattern of the stamped concrete were perfect and look great as they compliment the color of our siding, garage door, and trim! The various employees of Image Pros that we interacted with during the process were friendly and took time to answer the few questions that I had. Overall, we are very happy that we decided to have them do this work for us. I wish that I had taken a couple of "Before" pictures but didn't think to do it. Here are a couple from the finished job. If you are looking for someone to do similar work, I recommend that you give them a call.

Rob and his crew did so much to help our condo association out with lifting sidewalks for us. We never would have been able to get so much done without them compared to other contractor quotes. They did what others said wasn't possible. They worked so hard and we are so grateful we called and had them do our work.

I'm typically a DO-IT-YOURSELF homeowner. I priced the cost to rent at Bobcat of Rockford, haul away concrete, build forms, and pour concrete plus my labor VS. build a wolmanized front porch VS. using Image Pros to lift my concrete. Image Pros was by far the cheapest and least hassle. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly group of guys that worked on my steps and walk. Showed up when they scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Beautiful job, done quickly and extras such as backfilling the forms with dirt and even added grass seed. Can't say enough about the great service!

I couldn't be happier with the results. They replaced a worn out driveway and front sidewalk as well as poured a new sidewalk on the side of the house. All crews were professional and friendly. We received experienced advise from Ron when putting the quote together to Quality work from Glen and his crew along with responsive customer service from Rachel. Final results were more than we expected. We will be calling them back to get a quote on a new patio.

The great: the workmanship and workers were outstanding! They were professional, polite, trustworthy, thorough, meticulous and efficient! The good: Price was more than most but because of the aforementioned it was worth it. The needs improvement: the estimator was not easy to get in touch with, the penmanship of the estimate was not great which made it hard to read and the terms on it were not able to be read however the people in the office were able to explain it and fix that issue. This is the first company I would use again! I definitely recommend them!

Image Pros removed my old cracked driveway and installed a blacktop driveway. All the staff were friendly , knowledgeable and very skilled. Rachel was friendly and very helpful. Dennis answered all my questions and kept me informed of what they would be doing as the job progressed. They did excellent work. I love my new driveway and would highly recommend Image Pros.

We are very pleased with the sidewalk raising and pitching for proper drainage done by Rob. He was knowledgeable, hard-working, and a man of his word. He promised to come back the following day to do some extra work and HE DID! The sidewalk looks amazing after 30 years of settling. The job was done quickly and professionally. We are so happy with Image Pro.

We had our 40 year old wood deck replaced with stamped concrete and it is beyond beautiful! Glenn and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them! They also seal coated the driveway and it looks like new!

They were easy to deal with, completed the work on time, and the quality was great. I haven’t had many experiences with asphalt repair companies, but they took the time to do things right. We love our new driveway. We got everything done for about $5800 summer of 2021. I don’t know, all around we’re happy with The work.

We were very pleased with the end results on our driveway, front walk and stoop. It was done at a competitive price. Our work was done in a very busy period during Covid. A mistake was made on gravel delivery and while correcting this mistake our siding received some inadvertent damage. Image Pro's promptly and fairly corrected the problem. No matter how good a company is occasional mishaps are inevitable. How they are handled separates the best companies from the also rans. I will use Image Pros again and I recommend them to friends and family.

Another company promised work to be done this week, but when multiple attempts to reach them resulted in a phone call that said it was 2 to 3 weeks out, I reached out to imagepro. The office staff was friendly, helpful, and proactive in helping me get the job done this week. They promptly gave an estimate and had someone out in two days to sealcoat. The men who showed up to do the work were professional, friendly, and did a great job on our old driveway. I would highly recommend this company!
