Wonderful selection and very knowledgeable and kind staff. The tall guy with glasses and curly hair was such a joy and didn't seem bothered to take his time helping me with all my embarrassing questions. Definitely made my experience a lot less awkward and .ore welcoming. Will 100% be making this my go to store for all my adult needs. I honestly can't recommend this place enough.

Stopped in on a whim while traveling one weekend, and was a great shopping experience. A tall guy named Franky was very helpful, patiently answered my questions and made the whole experience a lot more comfortable!

Always loved the customer service!!! They have a military discount for us veteran's. Had clothing that fit my petite wife instead of all the one size fits all, even though they do have those sizes. But we always enjoyed buying the adult toys, and the staff ensured we got what we wanted. Thanks for the great customer service.

All I’m going to say is this is the best hands down! Bring your ID! They’re checked at the door but it’s beautiful inside! Try the aphrodisiac Sri I you won’t regret it !

Best store in the Tampa area. I suggest you go take a look at the place for yourself. Female staff are extremely helpful. The store has a great layout and a ton of options. Anyone who writes a negative review clearly can't read and didn't read the multiple signs that say "ID and NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES" posted throughout the store

Don't believe the Karens, this place rules. Staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable about products and suggestions for finding what me and my partner need. Kate and Amanda point us where we need and Franky is based af and always helpful when we're looking for something spicy. Can't imagine anybody talking smack and trying to flex on how much they spent elsewhere when you could just shop here in a relaxed and friendly store.

James, who was behind the counter today, was possibly the nicest most helpful human being I have ever come across in a store like this. Normally I dont get such a polite, friendly, welcoming employee customer experience. So it was such a breath of fresh air. You know you have a pleasant experience in an establishment when you walk out and hours later remember that person you had the experience with. I am grateful for this and grateful for James and hope this business values him as much as I, a customer, did. Thank you, James!! You rock!

The manager Bruce went above and beyond to order my favorite pair of panties / bloomers … love love love the staff there . Always friendly and eager to help with any questions or concerns !! This was the nearest location to Lakeland and I’m super glad that I went here. Massive selection! I was literally there for 30 minutes because I just couldn’t decide great prices and they test the products before sell to make sure they are to your liking and are functional! Margret is really personable, entertaining, and knowledgeable about the products she helped me find the perfect lube for my sensitive skin. Definitely go here!!!

My boyfriend and I just went here and as other reviewers have already mentioned, Margaret is awesome. We're both pretty new to toys so she helped us find a few things that worked great for us and didn't break the bank. I am typically very shy and Margaret made me feel a lot more comfortable. In regards to costs.. honestly, they have something for every price range, whether you just want to try something new or you're looking to make an investment. I highly recommend this place!

Planet X never seems to disappoint me, their staff goes above and beyond to help everyone’s needs. Not to mention their in the process of remodeling their store and it looks absolutely amazing!

Margaret is the heart of this place. She's very personable and knowledgable. My wife and I were traveling through the area and stopped in. Store is neat, clean and well organized. Excellent variety. Staff was professional and very helpful. We spend over $100 and received a $10 gift card, so we returned.
