Office Depot

We always have someone great us when we come in. Sometimes it takes a while for somebody to assist us but not often. They've got some really good deals and really nice equipment and office supplies. Will highly recommend.

The services associate, supervisor, and manager of the store were top-notch. They went above and beyond to make the sale, including staying a bit after close to assist us fully. We will definitely be returning customers.

I was greeted by Drew who was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The store had numerous staff members who continued to offer assistance as I was there for awhile. I found this store well stocked, and clean, brightly lit, and knowledgeable staff..
That's all I can ask for in a store. Thanks for making my 1st time shopping with you to be a great experience.

Office Depot, Adamo Drive Brandon, FL is my go to for business printing needs. They always do a great job and the customer service is superior!

I stopped by here today after having a bit of a printing emergency. I had initially made an order online with Staples to be picked up at 2pm for an event my business is attending tonight. But at 1pm, I got a call that they were having an equipment malfunction and I wouldn't have that order until Monday. I understood that it was out of their control, but I still needed the print. This Office Depot came to the rescue! I talked to Andrew at the printing counter who was able to get all of my printing done while I was there - in under an hour! Andrew was very professional and was also kind to my 1 year old who was starting to get grumpy close to nap time. The printing came out great! I will definitely use this location for printing in the future! Thank you, Andrew and Office Depot!

The store and people were great. The online tax software purchase and delivery needs help, but the store personnel took care of it all in short order. Great job.

Office depot customer service was PA normal though I enjoyed my experience there.

Helpful associates and lots of quality supplies available. Myo Oo is the man to ask. He will go above and beyond to help you and is super nice.

Went in frustrated b/c I had to print so many docs and the machine froze but Andrew stepped in to help me. I appreciate you Andrew. I walked out feeling better.

I’ve been to this location a lot and each time I’ve went been the associate Keyerra has went above and beyond and to help me find what I need.

I have another Office Depot close to my home but I go out of my way to come to the one Adamo because I feel welcomed.

I wrote a speech for my daughter's wedding and I wanted it printed out and legal paper. I went to Staples. Worst mistake of my life. Not helpful. Could give two s**** about me. So I decided to try office Depot. The front department keyerra and employee. Hope he were wonderful. Printed my speech out in a matter of 2 minutes. No problems. Nothing like the experience I had at Staples which I will never go back to again. These two women were amazing. By my own era. I did have to go back and what's that night? Beau, was just as helpful. Friendly, smiling. Amazing! These three girls have made me now a new customer at office depot. They understood what I wanted and did their job with no problems. I am so grateful to all three of you girls. Thank you so much because this speech that I had to print out meant so much to me, to do for my daughter who will have it for a lifetime now because it is framed. Again. Thank you and then then closing I would like to say to the corporate office of office Depot you need to give these three girls a raise

The Manager, William, was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable which helped me make my decision to purchase the standing desk from Office Depot. I highly recommend purchasing your home office needs from Office Depot.

Typically have exactly what I need in stock and workers will help me find what I need if I am unable to locate it myself. Cashiers have a really good attitude and are very helpful. Bobbi almost always is the sales associate waiting on me and treats me like an important customer every time I go to the store.

I was thinking of purchasing a printer, but I was a little on the fence because they’re expensive and I’m just using it for a hobby. I also wasn’t sure of which kind I needed. I came in and the gentleman took his time explaining all of the printers to me. Once he figured out my needs, he took me to exactly what I needed. I thought about it for a couple of weeks and finally decided I’d purchase it. When making my decision as to where, Best Buy was my first thought because I’m a Total Tech member and they were the same price, so I went to check them out. Not one person asked if they could help me, so I decided I’d think on it some more and left. As I got in the car, I decided I’d go over to Office Depot because the previous guy was so nice. When I got there, I took my time looking around and shopped for a calculator with the assistance of a very nice girl (the one who ultimately checked me out). I then decided I’d go ahead and purchase the printer. When I got up to the front to pay, I asked about the coupons I had in my email. She tried to use it, but it wasn’t working. I believe the manager came over and helped us. He told me that he’d take care of everything…and he did. As I went to walk out, the door was locked. I asked, “Are you guys closed?” and my cashier advised you were. I apologize for taking my time because I had no idea they were closed! She told me that I was OK and let me out. She then came to the parking lot to get my cart. I just want to thank every associate there because they truly provide exceptional customer service. If I can get service like your associates provide, being a Total Tech member doesn’t really matter. Thank you!

While I have been to this store many times, I guess I never had a reason to post a review...until now.

Stopped by on Saturday 8/27/22 to grab a couple items for my work office.

Everything I needed was in stock and reasonably priced.

The reason for posting a review today, though, is due to the experience I had at check-out.

Doc, was super friendly and when I gave him our rewards phone number, he immediately recognized the area code as one from the central Ohio area. *We moved here 4 1/2 years ago from there.

Doc is originally from the Cincinnati area and had family in the suburbs of Columbus.

Obviously, we live in a state that is the ultimate melting pot of national and international peoples. So when any opportunity presents itself to talk to like minded people, from the old stomping grounds places, we just do it, right?

I found the Hp printer I was looking for at a very reasonable price and the staff were extremely helpful, especially Hope the manager.
