Got some stuff today for some yard work. I found so many plants🪴 and flowers 💐 I just adore and I hope to talk my husband in to loveing to. so I can buy them with out him grumpy because he hates them. I felt like the prices for things that I looked at were Reasonable. They take good care of the story and the plans. The kid's say they have very good Lollipops.

Very nice store, friendly staff! Good service! And most importantly, we found everything we needed and at quite reasonable prices.

Berry was incredible! He stepped me through this entire process of building cat shelves and I have to say, wow! Never received this level of quality service from Home Depot. Please give him a raise and recognize him!

HOME DEPOT SAVED THE DAY FOR OUR FAMILY! 11/8/2023

I would like to give a huge Thank you and heartfelt gratitude to our local Home Depot Store (9941 East Adamo Dr Tampa Fl) and the Assistant Manager Bobby Grant!
What an amazing manager and community patron Mr. Grant, our family is truly grateful for the time and efforts he put forth to help us in a dire situation we were put into no fault of our own.
I must explain how wonderful Bobby and our local Home Depot saved the day by helping us with my son’s Eagle Scout Project.
My son belongs to the community Troop 89 here In Brandon Fl. He has planned and worked hard for many months on his planning for this project, he was informed by his Scout Master that Lowes donated to their troop for the Eagle Scout Projects. My son went to Lowes, spoke with the managers, and took time to go through the store and get the sku# and the price of each need item on his list. It took about an hr. on a Sunday, we then turned in our paperwork to an associate as we were told. This was in early October. I called two weeks after not hearing from them to find out they had lost his Eagle Scout paperwork and list. So, we took another copy up to their store. We turned it in again, I waited another 5 days, and it was now one week before his project due date at the local High School. I called them back again and their manager said let me get back with you, I waited another day and now we are at 6 days before his Eagle Scout Project is to be started. I called Sunday at 2pm and spoke to their assistant manager and he then advised me they will not contribute to his project because they have just had so many donation requests.
This was devastating to my son and very stressful on all of us, as we had a troop coming for this project in less than 6 days and now need to get funds for the supplies. They left him no time to even throw a car wash together to try and get the funding for the project’s needs. My son was so upset he thought he was going to have to quit scouts because he wouldn’t be able to complete the project before his 18th birthday. He was heartbroken as was I and his father.
My son’s dad said let’s call Home Depot and explain to them what Lowes just did. My son’s dad uses Home Depot weekly for his company so he was familiar with the corporation. He stated that they are a better company anyways, so we did just that. I called the Home Depot in Tampa off Adamo drive (which is the one we prefer to go to rather than the one closer to our home.)
I asked to speak with a manager and Bobby Grant answered the call, I started explaining to Mr. Grant the situation Lowes had put us in by waiting until the last minute to tell our son they would not help him in any way at all. Not even give him one plant for this project. Mr. Grant asked us to bring the list to him and he would see what he and Home Depot could do to help us out. We went to the Tampa location expecting them to donate just a few plants for his project. To our surprise Mr. Grant and Home Depot donated everything he needed to get his project completed on time on November 11th, 2023. This was so heart touching to all of us. I started crying and felt so blessed to of have found such a wonderful Person who cared about my son and all his hard work he has accomplished to make it to his Eagle Scout Project finish line.
Jak my son has worked so hard to complete all the requirements and this project was the last part of his long-term commitment. My son was overjoyed, and I could see the stress just go away and a HUGE smile on his face when Mr. Grant gave him the supplies. He was shocked and speechless at the thought that this was really happening for him, he was so excited and happy.
I felt I needed to share this with not just your corporate office but with the world as this gives many of us hope that there are still wonderful American companies that really still care our people and our community.

All Home Depots are the same! Usually have what you need for most DYI projects as well as regular pro construction nerds. They deliver and some have tool, equipment ,and truck rentals.

The staff was very friendly very helpful unfortunately we had to buy a new toilet and they helped to point us out in Direction of what we needed for our situation

It's a giant local hardware store if you want or need help it's there if you want to just shop that's okay too.

I always enjoy my trips to the Home Depot. If you can’t find something at other big box stores you’re likely to find it here. Recently was looking for an outside spotlight/floodlight stake that goes in the ground ( can’t think of the name for it). Had been elsewhere with no luck so went to HD and sure enough they had them. This may not be true but in my mind I always think of Home Depot as the store that professional tradesmen use and the other place more like the weekend DIY guy. I use them both and I’m neither of those things so what do I know? Well, I’ll tell you. I know Home Depot has a huge inventory everything home improvement for the professionally skilled, the weekend DIYer and a sometimes tinkerer, like myself. If they don’t have it I’m betting they can get it, or point you in the right direction for it. The associates are knowledgeable and more than willing to explain something and offer suggestions. For instance, when I was up there looking for the flood light holder I also picked up a roller ball for a sliding glass door. I got to talking to the fellow about it and he suggested that I do something I hadn’t even thought about doing. His suggestion saved me about half an hour worth of work. I’ve found that it doesn’t matter if they are man, woman, old or young, they all know how to do various handyman type things. Maybe that’s how they get hired, they have to know how to do things. Again, that’s me saying. Home Depot is a fine store. Love their garden section, too. Flowers and plants are always healthy looking and cared for.

Clean bathrooms. Anytime my husband has an emergency case is diarrhea. This is where we go.

I'm costumer for 23 years in Home Depot. I'm never be care the most especial way like the As. Manager Yssy. She's amazing. Good costumer service.

Easy to find the items I was looking for, Westly was eager and very efficient in being helpful. Not to crowed. And not only was in and out, there were more woman in the area where I was then I had seen before buying paint and different supplies and to top it all off we each exchanged business cards and info. Loved my experience.

I love it here..it's kinda like my second home...plus I kinda feel like I work here anyway cuz of my companies work shirts..they're orange the depot's are orange and whenever I'm asked where something is unlike that place cross 60...yous know the one .where they sell craftsman.(bout the only thing they got goin for them)I point them in the right direction even down to the rack...pretty sad I know but it just goes to show ya how much I'm in there...LoL

Purchased a grill, nothing spectacular, Cashier didn't give me my Military discount, said I had to go on line to register and get it. WTH.... I know she didn't know how to give it, and I didn't have time to go back and forth with her lack of knowledge. Otherwise, Home Depot is great for Home Improvement.
