Andes Roofing

Matthew at Andes roofing kept me informed every step of the way of my new roof, I wish every company was this professional and easy to deal with! I love the new roof! My landscaping is untouched! My new ridge vent is perfect! The price is the fairest of the 6 quotes I had gotten, and the materials used are far superior of any of the others that gave me pricing! Job was done in less than 8 hours from tear down to completion. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof! From old three tab, to a beautiful new dimensional shingle, this has been the best experience with a very communicative company from day 1.

From beginning to end Andes has been wonderful to work with. Deb has been so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. DeVante was great when he did the walkthrough and estimate. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and helpful. Our roof looks amazing and it was a very quick process. Very happy we went with Andes.

I don’t know how to write this review without being repetitive, but bear with me! From the initial contact with Deb to meeting with the estimators (Riad and John), to interacting with the on-site supervisor (Matthew), it was a seamless and non-taxing process. My existing roof was only 13 years old, but suffered from marginal workmanship. This time I educated myself, asked questions, and paid attention. I even used my binoculars! The knowledge and craftsmanship of the roofing crew were outstanding as were the materials used. A mansard roof with six skylights was somewhat atypical. Plus they did an excellent job of site cleanup! And I have over 400 photos from the Andes Cam to prove it all! Also a special shout out to Josh who arrived the next day to do a soft wash on the garage roof, another seamless and quality process. Andes Roofing is top notch!

We were extremely impressed with Andes Roofing! They have been unbelievably amazing to work with! I have not stressed one bit with our situation because they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Austin Smith is absolutely amazing at his job. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and cares about what he does in helping his customers, he walked us through everything we needed and explained what needed to be done and how it all works and answered all the questions we had. Same with the girls in the office they were very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns we had when we called. Daniel in production was great with scheduling and keeping us updated on things as well as Cody and his team! The team was extremely productive and professional the day our roof was done. I will endlessly refer Andes Roofing to anyone! They know what they are doing and they get the job done correctly! More importantly they know how to communicate and stay in touch!!! After watching the Andes team replace the roof on a neighbor's house, I contacted them to consult with me about replacing the roof on my house. I had been very impressed with their efficiency and how well they protected the landscaping that surrounded the home, so I new these were they guys I wanted to take care of the roof on my home. Alex, the sales rep, was very personable, polite, professional, and thorough during our meeting. He took a lot of time examining the roof, taking aerial and rooftop photos, and showing the areas of concern. He took time to explain every step of the process and all the options! I was also very impressed with Skyler, the project manager, and his crew who knew their job and performed it so well. I could not be more pleased with the appearance of my new roof and the professionalism of the company!

We had an incredible experience working with Andes. Saying that Justin (our primary point of contact) went above and beyond doesn't begin to describe the wonderful service that we received. Justin worked with us over the course of 6+ months to get our insurance company to cover the full roof replacement. He made multiple calls himself to the insurance company to move the process along and made sure all the damage and estimate reports that they needed were comprehensive. He was patient and helpful as we selected our shingle type and color, and he made sure that we always knew what to expect throughout the process. On the day of the installation, he showed up at our house to make sure everything was going ok even though his wife was in labor(!!!). His coworkers at Andes were wonderful as well. Skyler, our project manager, was communicative and thorough, and made sure the property was extremely clean after the installation. We haven't found a single stray nail or piece of debris in the yard. Skyler even asked his marketing associate, Connor, to document the replacement process in a beautiful video with drone footage of our property. We were truly blown away by our experience with Andes. They exceeded expectations at every turn. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Andes Roofing was a great experience from beginning to end! We got a total roof replacement, and a new downspout replaced. Joe was very educational with everything as we discussed what was best for our house. Skylar was our project manager on site, and he kept in contact with every step. He was nice, professional, and left nothing to be questioned. They all were very professional, quick with the job, and left absolutely no mess behind!
I should also mention that we had a very short window to be worked in due to our insurance, and they were quick to help us anyway they could. I would 100% use Andes again!! I can't thank this crew enough! And my roof looks so good!!

I cannot say enough about Andes Roofing. They came out on a moment's notice looked at my dad's roof, we got an estimate, agreed to the estimate and on Wednesday they sent out 15 guys and they busted that roof out by 3:00 in the afternoon. And that was replacing some plywood. You can't even tell they were there. The internet link to the pictures as the job went along is just amazing. Never had a contractor ever in my life send me picture after picture after picture as the job progressed. It was nice not to have to be there while the job was going on because we were getting pictures at every step of the way.

He met me out there after the job was over the next day, climbed up on the roof inspected everything flew the drone over top and made sure that there was no issues.

Job supervisor Skyler Wilkerson is top notch. If my wife and I have to have our roof replaced we're going to go with Andes Roofing and request that Skyler be the job supervisor.

By far the best roofing company that I've ever had to deal with ever in my life.

We were recommended Andes by a friend and were not disappointed. Austen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was right there with us jumping through all the hurdles home warranty tried to throw our way. What we were hoping to be a repair ended up being a full roof replacement. Austen truly gave us the confidence in choosing Andes and we did so without hesitation. Can’t thank him enough!

Skyler was our site supervisor and was great. Super personable and always kept us informed and explained things when we needed it. You don’t always get exceptional people to represent your business, but Andes does. We’ll definitely recommend to anyone needing their services.

Andes did a great job with our roof. I had particularly good experiences communicating with Deb, Jason, and Skyler. Deb was always such a pleasure on the phone and very helpful. Jason made multiple trips out to our house to prepare for the job, and explained everything to me in detail. Skyler managed the job on the day of and was timely and communicative. When I had a complaint (there was leftover debris in the garage that wasn’t cleaned) Skyler responded promptly and came back over to clean it up.

I have had few experiences with contractors where I felt heard and satisfied; this team did a wonderful job of that, which I appreciated. One of the things that blew me away was that one of the first questions Jason asked me ways “what do you look for in a contractor?” The emphasis that this company has on customer service is profoundly different from other experiences that I’ve had.

We are very pleased with our new roof done by Andes. All the personnel were very helpful, courteous, and professional.Mathew Williams and his crew did a fantastic job getting the roof on in just a few hours and did an excellent job with the cleanup. I highly recommend Andes.

Andes is a GREAT company! Joshua and his team showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and FAST. They were up, installed my gutter guards and gone in just over an hour. They answered all of my questions, provided me a link to view realtime photo updates, and were all around amazing to work with. Riad was the manager I worked with to schedule the job, and Joshua + team executed flawlessly. I’ll continue to recommend Andes for their professionalism, prices and skills.

Once the project was agreed upon, Matthew, our project manager, got the job scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. From the first contact to job completion Andes Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Our sales rep Jason came out and did our initial inspection, and was incredibly thorough and informative. He even came back the next day to tarp our roof for free because he stated he wasn't comfortable knowing we had an active leak and more bad weather on the way! (And that was even before we had decided to go with Andes, we were still getting estimates from other companies at the time.) Jason gave a great presentation during the estimates phase and talked us through all of our options, with no pressure to make a decision immediately. Jason was so helpful throughout the entire process leading up to installation, answering all the random questions that popped up, and even came by to check on the progress the day of installation. Our day of project manager, Matthew, had excellent communication during the removal of our old roof and new installation. Andes use of the "Company Cam" really allows the client to feel like they are a part of the entire process, despite the fact that you could not pay me to voluntarily climb onto my roof! I could easily see what was happening throughout the entire process. Matthew kept me well informed of the progress along the way, and any changes to our original invoice amount. It's hard to know how much wood needs replaced until you can actually see it (which we were informed of beforehand, and given costs per sq/ft so we would know what to expect if it came to that), and being able to visually see the issues myself made me feel better about the added cost of materials, turns out it was a bit worse than any of us originally expected, but you can't budget for what you can't see/know. The entire team did a fantastic job, from inspection to installation and cleanup, we had no issues at all! The full transparency and excellent customer service from start to finish made what could have otherwise been an overwhelming and stressful process so much easier. As first time homeowners, we had no idea what to expect, and Andes has certainly set the bar high for any future projects! I won't need to pay for another roof anytime soon, but I've already started recommending them to anyone who asks!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I could not be more pleased by Andes Roofing. Our roof was replaced last year by Andes Roofing and they did an excellent job. Several weeks ago we had a bad storm where we noticed a leak. We called Andes roofing and within an hour Josh L. showed up while it was still pouring rain outside. He found the problem and fixed it and also came back days after to make sure everything was as it should. That's what I call customer service. I would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.
