Wendy's

I had been in four different Wendy's on one particular day in the city of louisville, this Wendy's was the cleanest, the best smelling food, the friendliest staff.... And I really could keep going on.

Friendly fast service plus free frostys lol

There has been a huge change in staffing. It was my first time going here in a year. The manager and staff were super friendly, nic, and provided great customer service and conversation. I enjoyed the food and talking to them.

This store was clean and efficient. The food was good and the staff was helpful.

I normally order 150 nuggets with sauce and the party is never disappointed with how it taste or that it's cold. Dr. Pepper sometimes taste off but other than that I've never gotten a bad piece of food from this Wendy's

Ms. Anna was the order taker. Top notch customer service. I could see her smile thru the machine. When I got to the window. What a very beautiful smile and pleasant. She's amazing in the drive thru. She made sure I had all my items I needed for lunch. Lord Jesus she knocked my socks off. I'm so glad I came to Wendy's. This young lady made my day. My food was a Cesar salad and bacon and cheese bake potatoe and large natural lemonade. Very delicious 😋😋😋

This place customer service was excellent. They bagged each meal separately. Even placed napkins and ketchup each bag. They did this without asking. So nice....
Most fast food places you have to ask for napkins and ketchup .

I love going to this restaurant because they are quick and friendly. However I found that their location is not able to scan the app barcodes. I went to the complaint line for them and tried to upload my receipt but it just kept spinning. These folks deserve to have their devices working just as much as any other Wendy's. They are better than any other Wendy's I have gone to.

Much better experience this time. I ordered online and my food was amazing. I swear best baked potato I've ever had I believe! Service was quick and female employee working was very polite

How can I even put into words the joy this Wendy's brought me and my friends? It was 11:58 on a Saturday night. We had been out in the hot hot sun all day and needed sustenance. DESPERATELY. The employees got our complicated order correct and even added extra sauce for us. Great experience. Cannot wait to return!!!

Was sitting in line a few minutes and the manager felt bad so he offered everyone in the car a free frosty. Never had something like that happen. It was a very nice experience.

I was in and out in a fashionable time..the food was tasty (I ordered chicken nuggets) and reasonably priced for my needs of lunch. (So I purchased a double order sheech).

Got lunch for me and my girls thru the drive thru it was quick and the girls working the drive thru was friendly and funny,the food was fresh and good!
