Food was fresh, which is always hard to find at lunch time anywhere.The girl who gave me my food was super kind and talked me into getting a milkshake. I was very satisfied and I'm glad to see the improvement in this location.

I would suggest painting arrows on the pavement or putting up a sign to help clarify the flow of traffic when being asked to pull around.

The morning crew at this location are positively amazing! Jasmine with her bubbling personality and smile will cheer anyone up, the guy named fulkerson on my receipt was wonderful in helping me with my order and he even paid for my dipping sauce out of his own pocket. I've had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with another employee at this location during the morning hours as well, the general manager at this location is out of this world "Barbara".

I absolutely love coming here. I come at least 4 times a month they always positive and make sure my food is hot and get it pretty quick... Great employee keep up the hard work there changing it up and working on getting things better... I can see that bc they got new people in there keep pushing Taylor crew

6/21/24 the lady working @ 4:30pm. She was short staffed. She and the cook handled everything like a champ and she did it so pleasantly. Great job lady's!!😊😊

Amazing service, Scott held it down. Great prices and the food is good. I dont know where else you would go for great food besides Rallys.

The staff I dealt with at this location is positively the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment, I only caught 1 of their names "GM Barbara" was the name on her name tag and a gentleman wearing glasses and a face mask. The exterior of this Restaurant is very clean and neat looking, definitely a great place for a fast meal! I returned to the same location this past Wednesday only to be APPALLED by an oversized african american employee scratching her butt then proceeding to touch food. This location has my business for now but if I experience the same unprofessionalism like Wednesday I'll be taking my business elsewhere. You all definitely need more people like the "GM BARBARA" and the gentleman with glasses and the face mask. I can only assume with the professionalism and compassion that the gentleman in glasses exhibited that he's likely a shift manager. To "GM Barbara" and the mystery gentleman with glasses, You all are the BEST and I look forward to seeing You both everyday. Keep up the great work!!

They were out of a few things but the service was incredibly fast. The automation makes it more difficult to swap items mid order. Other than that, it was more expensive than I remember it being...and the last time I was a Rally's was last summer....

This location is getting better. Still a little slow but definitely going in the right direction.

Store is come a long way. Service has gotten much better and the staff are very friendly. Not a big fan of the automated system pros and cons for everybody I guess. But the humans there are great.
