I went the first week they opened and even though they were still settingthings up everyone was so nice!!! a lady who worked there and was at the cashier made my day she was seriously the sweetest, i love all of their stuff though it’s $$$ that’s normal! this will always be my favourite place and thank you to the employees for always making it a great experience:)

The location in Crystal Lake was well stocked and staffed. A little hard to find do to construction but it is there.

Store is in such disarray. Half of the costumes were in different spots or on the floor. Hard to find anything. A big mess!

Normally love this chain and had a bunch of things to buy. My wife needed a restroom BADLY. They would not accommodate. In fact the guy we asked treated us like idiots for even asking.. So I left a couple $100 worth of merchandise behind.
