Born and raised in north Alabama, Beth knows the surrounding communities very well, and was extremely effective at matching our interests to just the right towns. As a longtime teacher, Beth also offered a unique insight into the school systems. Beth’s extensive network made it easy for us to work through the inspection, repair and closing process even though we weren’t local. She even put us in touch with other neighbors to share their experiences. Beth was very responsive and always kept us updated.

Beth is amazing hands down!! We came from out of State to house hunt with just 3 days to look at homes and we crammed in as many as we could. She organized everything to keep from driving all across town to town and dealt with all our craziness when we changed minds 5 million times. We put an offer in one house that countered a few times. Changed our minds and went for house 2. Our lender was a nightmare and we missed our closing date but Beth pulled everything through and we didn't lose our house! The Post License class with Beth Heflin was fabulous. Beth structured the course so that it allowed her students to develop a working knowledge of forms and programs that will be utilized in their daily real estate career.
