This truck is delicious. The mango sticky rice by itself is worth going, then add the fried spring rolls and everything else for a great meal.

I called to order pickup for lunch after seeing the trailer this morning. It took less than 10 minutes and was absolutely delicious! I asked for native hot and for the first time since moving to Huntsville, someone actually made it correctly! The shrimp rolls were phenomenal! The ladies working were so nice and friendly! I found my new spot for Pad Thai!

Just discovered this jewel tonight! So awesome that we get this kind of quality Thai food from a food truck in Madison, AL! It’s located in the parking lot of Madison Mercantile just East of Walmart in Madison.

My first impressions were the really nice people and the immaculately clean kitchen/truck. I had a good feeling and it did not disappoint! So good! We had the Chicken Massaman, Pad Thai, and Chicken Fried Rice. Highly recommend checking this place out and supporting this little truck! We will definitely be back (a lot)!

The food was delicious! I was able to place my order over the phone and it was ready within 10 minutes. The food was hot with great portion sizes. I had the chicken pad see ew, spring rolls, mango sticky rice, & thai iced tea. I was able to get everything under $30 and it was all so good! I hope they stick around for a long time. Everyone should try them out! I’ll be back for sure.

Everything was delicious! The red curry was possibly the best we’ve ever had! Owners and staff were nice and accommodating. Pad Thai was incredible as well.

Our only regret was not ordering more spring rolls! Recommends calling in your order before you arrive since it’s still a smaller truck. Thank you Lek!

This is going to be a weekly stop for us! The food is delicious—possibly the best Thai food in town. We’ve had the drunken noodles, the pad thai, the spring rolls, the fried rice and the chicken satay. Everything has been fantastic!! Highly recommend if you love Thai food.

I have had Pad Thai all over and this hands down was THE BEST I have ever had. Everything was fresh and bursts with flavor. You have to try the mango sticky rice too it's out of this world good. I'll be coming back to this place many more times! A+mazing!

Exceptional Thai cuisine, easily the best we have had in Madison and Huntsville without question. I recommend asking for some heat with your order.

The food was very good! It needed a little salt but that's all! We got the Thai basil tofu, the red curry tofu, the chicken satay, the spring rolls, the mango sticky rice, and the Thai iced tea. It was my first time having sticky rice and it was sooooo goooood!

Great Thai food at a reasonable price! Even my picky kids love the food but the kicker was when my wife who isn’t a big fan of Asian cuisine requested their food. Definitely hope they stick around the Madison area. I would check this place out before they get too crowded.

I’ve been to several different Thai restaurants and Twisted Thai is by far the best. Very flavorful and the owners were very helpful and nice. Definitely would recommend!!! My new favorite!
