Good communication, accurate scheduling. Showed up earlier than stated time (called to make sure that was ok); one man finished a large room in one day. Great job, cleaned up, and still had one extra box of flooring to take back for a refund.

The company was great with communicating updates and instructions prior to my flooring installation. The lead installer was also great with checking in several days before the installation, providing his cell phone number, and answering all my questions. During the 5-day project the installers were very considerate and friendly; they always arrived when they said they would, and they did an excellent job with the flooring.

We purchased carpet from Home Depot in Madison, Alabama and Romanoff Renovations was contracted by them for the install. I was worried after seeing the other negative reviews, but we had an excellent experience with Romanoff Renovations. They communicated with us and gave clear instructions for a smooth install day. Their customer service center was very kind and helpful when I called. Our installer arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional and knowledgeable, and completed the installation in a timely manner.

We got carpet with home depot and Romanoff was subcontracted to install it today. After reading many reviews I didn't have high hopes, but I'm very pleased with them! They called to see if it was okay for them to come earlier than expected, which was a plus for us! The leadman Juan and his partner were great! Very professional, made sure to keep me informed about what they were doing, cleaned up and even vacuumed. It only took them about 3 hours to complete my whole house! Living room, long hall way, 2 bedrooms and a master! I was amazed! I would recommend them anyday to anyone! Those 2 guys need a raise a bonus, something! My husband and I are very pleased with the carpet! 😊

Spencer and his workmate had already had a long day by the time they landed at my house. The installation was a bit of a pain in the you know what, they were here till late, but never once did they make any complaints. It was awful weather and they both got wet through at times, going back and forth to the truck. They did a better job than I was expecting (considering it was free with the purchase of the carpet) and the room looks fantastic. I'm very happy, thank you boys.

The install process went seamless once Romanoff got my order -I received and email and a text with a date that they were wanting to schedule me for a date. I went online and accepted the date that was offered in the next couple days someone called to verify that everything was correct on my order and let me know that I would receive a call the day before with an install arrival window. The morning of the install the installer called as he headed to my home and he did an amazing job and was very professional. Afterwards the next day someone from Romanoff called to follow up to make sure everything was completed to my satisfactory. Wonderful Experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!

Communication was excellent and the tile backsplash was completed with professionalism. There was pride in workmanship and quality.

Can not express my appreciation for the Romanoff master craftsman that completed the Pergo flooring install of approximately 1600 sq ft replacing existing carpet. Mr Anthony R. Warrick of Mountain Flooring, a sub contractor to Romanoff Inc.

Technicians were professional and courteous; moved furniture around with care..no scarring; on time and finished the job efficiently.
