Originally, I ordered a set of 56 degree angled steps, and realized when they arrived, after assembly, they weren't the right ones for our application. To me, professionally speaking, I ordered a consumer grade product, not the professional grade 50 degree angle I had come to know.
After calling, I spoke with Bob, we had a rather professional conversation, it was informative and raised some questions about my application and the product I had already. Putting down the phone, I looked over the product I had ordered and thought through the conversation I had.
A few days past, and I had decided I didn't like the product I had. Not only did it not suit my needs, it wasn't meant for the application I had purchased it for. As a tough. manly man, type that I am, I felt it was sub-par for my application.
The unit would have to stand-up to rugged use, be pushed around, hit stuff, be secured when climbed upon. After realizing I had ordered the wrong unit, I called back and told Bob I had to have a better unit for my application. With a higher price tag for the new 50 degree/ safety angle unit, it has performed 3x better than the steeper 56 degree angle consumer grade. I am super happy with my new unit.
So.... If you're not sure which product line best suits your needs, give them a call before ordering. You'll get the assistance you need, the knowledge of professionals who build these units and if it cost a few hundred dollars more to up-grade for your application, do it.

I'd give zero stars if I could. 2 days of unreturned calls about missing parts on a piece of equipment we ordered. Laughed at by CS reps (William and his buddies in the background) when I asked to speak to someone who could actually help me rather than be given another dead phone number. I am sitting here with an unusable piece of $1000+ equipment that's taking up floor space nearly a month after placing the order order.
