Castor has been an absolute blessing to work for. As a busy mom already, I decided to go back to school to be able to advance in my nursing journey. The flexibility in scheduling allows me to not feel overwhelmed with work and school, as well as still being able to enjoy time with my family. Everyone, client's and employees, are some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to work with. I couldn't ask for better!

After a devastating emergency gastrectomy, I spent a month in a nursing/rehab facility. Following my stay, I was allowed to return home, but I was still in need of continuing physical therapy and nursing care. Castor provided me with those much-needed services, with home care visits from two of the most caring individuals I've ever met. I was able to reach out to them via phone or text, when I needed additional advice or support. I could not have asked for anything or anyone better! Now that I'm getting better and their services have stopped, I miss them! I know whoever they're serving, is also getting the best care possible.

Castor has a great team of in home caregivers. They follow up on my father's needs and ensure scheduled slots get filled.
They make sure meds get taken and house cleaned. They have enabled my father to live in his own home versus going to a nursing home facility. They provide needed companionship and company for my father. Excellent group.

Castor is awesome with their pairing of Healthcare workers and patients/families. I have worked many places but never have I felt better fitted than here. They strive to make sure both the Healthcare worker and the patient and family are a good fit and also constantly seek to see if there is more they can do. I thoroughly enjoy my patients and their families and am excited to see how my patients are able to progress with our help and care.

Castor is the only agency that has communicated with me when it came to nursing and has found a nurse that we love and has become a part of our family. The DON of Castor and her assistant are quick to respond back to me with any questions I may have and are through making sure all of my questions are answered and are quick to address any issues I bring up.

As a caregiver for a fragile child, Caster has met our expectations when finding the right nurse for our home, the professionalism friendliness makes it easy for us to continue with their services.

As both a nurse and a mom myself, watching our daughter Adley face an unexpected medical crisis was terrifying and humbling. We needed a community to rally alongside us, and we’re so grateful that Castor became a part of our “Adley Army.” Having worked in high acuity settings for many years, I was so impressed with the compassion, personalization, and professionalism of the Castor team. I was able to join the nursing staff myself and help provide care for my own daughter. As a patient’s mom and now staff member, I feel supported and equipped to face the journey ahead. I am employed by Castor and they provide great service to clients. The clients are also one of a kind and have a special place in us as caregivers lives. My most favorite Staff is Nancy our scheduler she was simply made to do that job and does it extremely well!

I have nothing but great things to say about working for Castor. The DON and my nursing supervisor are extremely knowledgeable and are quick to respond to any questions I may have. They utilize EMR which makes charting quick and painless. Getting paid weekly is also a plus!

We switched to Castor for some of our nursing needs recently and we have had a good experience with them. They communicate with us frequently and our nurse is very happy with their pay and benefits as compared to other nursing agencies.

I found Castor Home Health while I was employed in a hospital setting and my stress levels were maxed out. Once I submitted my application, I heard back from the Recruiter that same day. Immediately, I was welcomed with kindness, compassion, and gratitude. This position has very flexible hours so i can work as little or as often as I’d like which is very appealing to a new graduate nurse with student loans! :) Management has been unbelievably supportive, checking in almost daily to make sure that i am adjusting well and that everything is okay in the home. If you enjoy working with children and making a difference in the community, I highly reccomend this position and choosing this company for your healthcare needs.

As a new hire, I am already impressed with this company. My onboarding trainer, Alisha Ortega, was flexible with my start date so I could honor former commitments, and her orientation was welcoming and helpful. My scheduler, Nancy Gomez, has been supportive and responsive. The rest of the office staff that I was introduced to also all made a warm, professional impression. Even my initial phone recruiter, Brittany, was super friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. Castor's policies, ongoing training opportunities, and communications strongly support their reputation as an employee-centered agency.

Castor has been awesome from the very start. As a veteran suffering with PTSD, they keep me on track and are always polite and friendly. They go the extra mile and make sure I have all the supplies I need and check in on me to make sure I’m doing well. I would and do recommend them for anyone looking for care!

Alisha was extremely helpful & kind during my onboarding process! She was always available for any questions I had and replied quickly! The team has been extremely understanding through my whole process!

The hiring process is very smooth. The only thing is you have to pay for the drug test upfront. They will reimburse you. But if you don't have the money it may delay hiring process. Overall it's a great company to work for. I love it here!
