Management not doing their job, there are tenants smoking pot and nothing done about it, you can smell in hallways and in your apartment. Maintenance Tom refuse to fix it and problem keep mounting up. People or tenant are parking beside the building where the big garbage bin.
Wish all apartment have installed central air would be much better and needs fixing on the Windows because of draft and bugs get inside in our apartment. Everything needs over haul fixing, big time, so many I could list.
Another thing about your income, now asking for our social security card balance printed reciept, not right, about several years ago with different management, they never do that is better. All they need is your social security the, notice change of payment paper that we got in the mail and your bank account, if you have any or other source of income, that's it. Bug spray guy schedule is messed up, don't know when to show up.
No phone number for management, just the office phone number, need to call the boss or executive if maintenance not doing his job, manager not doing her job about maintenance problem, he refuse to do it, seems like manager listen to maintenance like a boss, not right. This horrible management treating us like animals, bad place to live here. Too many manager leaving, quiting, some got fired or whatever the reason, so far is more than 8, it's crazy and keep shutting the water off now and then.
