Alex was extremely helpful when I walked into the store a few weeks ago to give me recommendations for a new phone when I was ready to buy a new one. Today I was ready and Alex did not disappoint. He was really knowledgeable and service oriented. He was polite and couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable. Alex is a credit to your organization!

Colin was a fantastic salesman. Very transparent and non-pushy. I would highly recommend the Verizon store on SR100 if you are switching to Verizon.

Great experience. Usually hate phone stores. Wife and I were in and out with two new phones in less than an hour. Very friendly staff, explained everything, found us the best deal, cannot recommend enough.

Alex is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to transfer data from a heinously old phone to a new one, and explained every step. I would come back here any time for my Verizon and cell phone needs.

Colin and Sam are both very personable and do everything to make you feel comfortable in your lack of knowledge of technology go to the store if you have questions about your Verizon account or equipment

Sam is so awesome. He was technically advanced in troubleshooting and recovering data on my phone. He spent over an hour working through a seemingly insolvable issue. My husband and I just switched our service from a competitor and we are so pleased to have this level of service.

Jason was amazing and went over and above to help us get our numbers ported over. We took up a lot of his time that day and he even helped out after hours. Will definitely go in to the store vs working online to get account issues taken care of.
