Subway

Was reading the reviews for the past few months of the year and it didn't look good but it looked like the store was coming back so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered online through the app at 8:00 in the morning for a pickup time at 1:15 in the afternoon. I got there a little early and the store was clean There were a few people in there they asked me what was up and I told them and they said they're working on it now. Two delightful young ladies Ella and Leighton. We're friendly and cheerful. I'm happy to say it was a pleasant overall experience

I haven't eaten at Subway in a long time. After indulging in the new monster sub, I was very pleased and satisfied. The friendly service that I received was outstanding. The young man and the young woman behind the counter were very courteous, attentive, and exceeded all my needs for my sub. Sub. Thank you Subway for outstanding subs

I really feel like the manager of the subway needs to be recognized for her exceptional customer service!! I’m not sure how long she has been the manager but I haven’t been back to this subway in over a year. Last week I placed a order online for pick up, got to the store and figured out I ordered it to the incorrect location. The manager was busy doing paperwork and stopped what she was doing and genuinely wanted to help! She actually called the location to cancel my order for me, and reorder it in the store. The manager of the incorrect location (subway in Walmart) was not able to cancel the order (no manager on site). The manager offered to stop by the other subway on her way home that night, to process the cancellation for my order and issue the refund so it was taken care of the right way! I can not say enough good things about her. What a way to go up and beyond for a customer who was the one who made the mistake and ordered to the wrong location! I did a pickup order today, and the subs were fresh, the bread is fresh and you can tell she runs that store with passion! & CLEAN! I believe this manager should be promoted!

This subway is the best! Sandwiches are always so delicious and they have great sandwich artists! Service is great and it’s always so clean in there! We always stop when we come to Palm Coast.

I’ve been going to this subway for years and it is consistently great. Nika is amazing and has wonderful customer service, she knows my family and I’s orders when I come in the door. Her positive energy is the reason we keep coming back!

I don't know his name but the young man who made my chopped salad this evening did such a good job. He took the time to cut everything up and it looked so nice, not just thrown together. Great presentation. This place is always clean and stocked and they were wearing masks and gloves. Thank you!

I was in on sat may 22, 2021 at 145pm and there were 2 wonderful young men helping me with a lobby full of customers i still got out quick and they were very friendly and very busy. Lunch rush still with only 2 guys i still got out in 10 mins with 3 subs. Way to go guys!!

Very attentive employees. Very professional. provided quick and excellent service! The best subway in palm coast. The store e was very clean and well stocked with chips, various breads which were all properly baked and's delicious.

Very clean store with friendly staff. The 3 ladies Arnika Mary and britney during lunch are great always happy and positive. Arnika Jackson makes sexy subs. Picture perfect! The only subway I will go to around her. Definitely reccomend this store.

We frequently visit this location. The subs are consistently good and the staff is always friendly.

Love the subs always a good selection of meats. Only complaint is the girls working had a poor attitude.
