Found a great family run business for my AC issues in Palm Coast/Flagler county. Father/son team that run this company got the parts we needed on the same day and saved my family during this sweltering heat. Much appreciated Jerry and Patrick. Will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors.

These guys are awesome. My A/C wasn't working when I got home at 7pm on a Friday. I called them up and Jerry was able to get me someone out same day. Patrick showed up at 8 after he finished up with another customer and got me back up and running in 30 minutes. Definitely will call these guys if anything else goes wrong!

Wow, super surprised with this company, exceptional service, they met all my expectations, a very good job they did for me in the house that had a broken air condition since last night and today, Sunday, they solved it for me.

Recently my AC system stopped working during these past couple days of extreme heat and Jerry from AC direct was quick and efficient with helping me. He gave me a quote that was fair and a timeline that I thought was too good to be true of just a few hours. Their team came and they were very respectful and quick. They left no mess and seemed very knowledgeable on the system and what needed to be done. Great job!!!

These guys are amazing. I had a unique situation for an entire installation project to which they were more than willing to work with my schedule. I was very happy with the service I received. They came when they said they would which I needed them the same day bc I had no ac and it was unbareable their price was lower than all the other places I called which was many but no one else was able to come last min on a Friday afternoon they were here about 20 min had my air conditioner fixed and left! I couldn't be more greatful for their service!

AC Direct did a great job! They were very transparent from the first phone call, I talked to Patrick and he was very informative and professional. Fixed our AC in no time! Definitely recommend and will use this company again.

If I could give AC Direct ten stars I would! Pat was my technician & he did an incredible job. He’s a very thorough professional. My former air conditioning repair company left me in the lurch-I scheduled an appointment w/ them & they never called/showed. I called AC Direct on short notice & they were so friendly, not only did they actually show up but showed up on time-plus called me first to confirm they’d be en route. Their rates are quite affordable & Pat explained every step of the AC unit’s affliction & repair to me. Not that I ever want my AC to break down again (because air conditioning is essential in FL) but if so I’ll forever use this company, sing their praises & highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work done properly. Luckily my system died during the colder part of January so I didn’t really need the AC to cool my house but with tonight’s overnight low being 38 degrees I’ll certainly be running the heat now that everything is working again. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, you rock 🤘🏻

They did a great job! I called in the morning and the office manager came to my home that afternoon. I asked for an estimate for replacing my a/c unit or if could be fixed. A couple hours later I receved the estimates.🤗He sent technicians early evening and he said they could fix my problem. And they did saving me a lot of money. Very honest and professional. Best AC company I work with. Extremally responsible , always on time. I highly recommend their service. I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by AC Direct. My AC broke and I called a few local companies to see when someone could come out; they all told me it would take 2-3 days just for someone to come out to look at my AC system. However, AC Direct was able to get me on the schedule quickly and sent someone out the same day in the evening. Jerry, the technician, was very respectful and professional; he answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I will 100% be recommending AC Direct and Jerry to my friends!
