Dunkin'

Had a wonderful experience, besides the young girl named Chloe… she has a bad attitude, who seems to be entitled and thinks her job is secured because she knows “management” would recommend you go to a different Dunkin so you don’t have to deal with her and her BAD attitude! Hope the manager actually disciplines this entitled child…..

Please like & share our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. Cleanest AND the quickest ordering at any Dunkin we have ever been to. The surrounding Dunkins in Palm Coast are ridiculously slow and never ever get orders correct. This location is prime if you do a mobile order and need to get on out to work quickly. They have 2 drive thru lanes so you can jump ahead and get your movibile order instead of waiting at the speaker. In the am, they have a gal outside doing orders so they get stuff out rapidly.
Outdoor seating is nice for sippin' on them Fall Pumpkin Spice fru fru drinks with friends and shaded. ^^ There are all kinds of beverages for the non-coffee drinkers as well. They have tumbler merch for holidays. Haley on Drive-thru. Shout out to you for your service here. Your customer service skills are AAAAA+mazing. We have made this location because we don't have time to have orders from the app fixed every single time. Love this location. Thank you!!!

We love Dunkin and are here often. I love their coffee and refresher drinks.

My wife's favorite coffee stop. Food is ok too if no other option. Service is very fast especially if you use the app.

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel on an everything bagel and and medium iced coffe with caramel cream and liquid sugar and my coffee was made fast and it was great. My bagel was delicious and the younger girl who served me was very nice. Helped me with the new kiosks(serve yourself) she was very polite and had great customer service. 10/10 recommend, and I’m most definitely coming back

I am New Yorker when you think coffee and donuts you think Dunkin donuts and they actually have pretty good bagels

This morning my wife had an iced coffee that did not taste right and when I called I spoke to the manager who was very nice and apologetic when I addressed my issue. She told me if I was in the area just let the person taking my order know who I spoke with. We stopped by in our travels this afternoon and I was perfectly fine with just getting a new iced coffee for my wife but the manager went above and beyond by giving us our order for free! I wish there were more managers like her, that was awesome and we thank you very much!!

The girl with the dark hair and freckles that takes the orders with the tablet outside was super kind and courteous, even though there was a long line this morning and I had a complicated order.

The order turned out perfect, they got everything right! (I had to go back because I spilled my coffee 😅 but that wasn’t their fault)

I had a great server on state rd 100 at the counter,her name was Christasia.. if I spelled that right.
She was nice and friendly and when my drink came she noticed and needed more of a touch to it so she personally took it back and made it a little bit better.
She was on point and very nice and focused and detailed with my drink what a great server! Please see Miss Christasia, and tip well she deserves it! In my opinion

Never had a bad experience here. I have stopped by many times at 5am and 8pm. Always been fairly consistent and the owner really cares about the employees. This place burned down a couple years back. And after the fire I read that the owner continued to pay his employees so they would be able to survive. That is one of the best reasons I believe in supporting this establishment. The other is I love more than anything a fresh cup of Dunkin mocha coffee.

Today at 10am we went to this place the line was around the door and the drive thru was worse. However the staff rocked it! Great attitude and amazingly quick service! The food was delicious. Thank you staff for taking great care of us.. I appreciate your efforts. Your manager should be proud!

I visit this Dunkin Donuts location almost every day. The customer service is terrific, the coffee is consistently great and I've yet to be served an incorrect order.
The indoor and outdoor seating areas, while small, are always clean and well-maintained.
The only trouble this Dunkin Donuts location seems to have is that it is VERY popular and the drive through line is so long during peak hours that the traffic backs up and blocks access to the parking area for customers who prefer to go inside to order and/or take advantage of the seating area(s).

Quick and easy and was able to get back on the road!

The gingerbread coffe is wonderful, I'm liking it more than pumpkin spice. It's not as sweet as pumpkin spice and doesn't lack flavor. It's a bold yet subtle flavor that is enjoyable hot or cold. If you like gingerbread, you'll like.this coffee and if your not a fan of it, you just might be after this coffee

Love this Dunkin. Dave at the drive thru is the best and also an animal lover. My dogs past and present love saying hi to him when i get my coffee. Friendly staff and my order is always correct. Fast service and clean store.

I go there often to meet clients and use the wi fi. So I may be there for a few hours at a time. The employees couldn't be more polite and make me feel more welcome. Plus as always the coffee and donuts are great. But a special thank you to all the employees for always making me feel comfortable and welcome.

Love love love their iced coffee, they make it so right. We go everyday without fail. Bree is a very lovely person to deal with always in a good mood. I like to see that. Also Trevor, he is a good guy also.
