Considering that they DO NOT bill medicare, medicaid or anyone else for this service other than FDOT and CTD as erroneously stated below (do your research), this service is incredible. It is $2 per trip and yes, there is a window for pickup, but that is to accommodate picking up and/or dropping off more than one person during their reservation hour. Drivers are always friendly and helpful. I am always helped on the phone when making a reservation.

Flagler County needs to add more $$ to their budget and get a fixed route system to help the growing populations' needs!

Super easy to apply for! Had an elderly couple set up in less than 5 minutes, only took 2 days to approve the application for both to use the service even with wheelchairs and scooters. Easy to get a hold of someone by phone to answer questions and set the ride appointments up.

An update on last time reviewed this transportation company. Yes they are perfect for us with no vehicles in this county, however what is the point of setting up a pick up time if at the office it's changed for later. Monday was an experience I was late to my class because of the confusion and I'm not the only unsatisfied customer. Also their phone communications need to be better. When time is in play and constantly get the vmail machine it doesn't reassure you. The drivers ste just doing their jobs it's the system needs to better.

The wait time to get "approved" for a "public" transportation service is mind boggling. This service is not free or discounted so why on earth do you "need" to apply. Basically missed a month of work waiting on "the bus".
We need a full bus loop that runs all of the time between 100 where target is, and palm coast parkway where Walmart is in addition to what's currently in place.

My family and i have been using flagler county transportation due to the fact that we have no other way of getting my dad to and from dialysis. He has to be dialized three times a week and they did not show up to pick him up on November 11,2020 at 5:30 o'clock as schedule so that he could make it to dialysis. This is not the first time their doing this but grant it that we have no other way we still have to depend on their bad services. This is how they waste tax payers money on worthless services like this because when you call the office no one picks up and or return your call. This is unacceptable. The elderly are depending on FCT to help them out and this how they get treated. This has to stop. I'm extremely upset because this is a life and death situation and they failed us miserably.

I don't even know why they accepted my application if its impossible to schedule a bus. I have been trying to use their transportation for a month now because I just moved to Palm Coast and I haven't any other way to come back from work. Every time I call to schedule a bus they say there is non available. In their website they claim you can call one day before or up to a week, but I have called over 24 hours and even a week or 4 days before I needed my bus rides, and never had luck. They suggested me to schedule the bus around 2 weeks before I need it. Useless.

The lack of consistency is mind boggling. They send a letter stating that schedule will be change and enforce no matter what fare type you have. Please be ready from 6:50am-8:30am. Okay. It’s 8:50am where the heck is transportation. Called the number, six times before a nonchalant person answer. Her response was the drive is a few minutes away. Y’all bill Medicare and Medicaid for these individuals and the service lacks consistency from the scheduling along. Either y’all have poor management or simply don’t pay enough to keep anyone employed.

You all should seriously look into the driving habits of your drivers. They navigate the roads in Palm Coast like they are the only ones on the road. They drive down my culdesac going at least 35 to 40...kids playing and they are speeding....just today the driver in bus 109 comes thru a 4 way stop, sees me coming thru the stop and basically bullies his way thru the turn...then throws a tantrum at me like im doing something wrong. I now have cameras set up at my house to record these people and the way they drive on a residential street. Its a matter of time before they hit someone....
