Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered online on Sunday night there were 3 young ladies working up front and not getting a lot done. Finally a Manager came and started getting things done. When we got home they got 1 of our orders wrong it was right on the ticket. My chicken tenders were like they had been cooked 2 or 3 times. I will never go back!!!!!

Great service and great food we just paid over 100$ for Chinese the night before for 2 children and 2 adults and tonight only paid 46$ and got twice the amount of food, friendly service and the food taste so much better

Ordered lunch for myself and 5 of my co-workers today from Zaxbys. We actually placed the orders online and set a time to pick them up. All our orders were ready when we got there as promised! It was so easy to place the orders online, It only took a few seconds to do. The the Zaxbys associate was so friendly and helpful when we got there to get the orders. All I had to do was make the drinks. Will deffinetly order from them again! GREAT EXPERIENCE & GREAT FOOD!

No issues, love it here. Food is usually great. Clean great atmosphere. My autistic son loves the Grill cheese, we literally ate at this location every Friday night for so many years, it kinda became our tradition. They have these best chicken sandwiches, wings and tenders. Not a fan of the Zaxby sauce. Best wait time out of all the surrounding restaurants. Love the added reward system. I've gotten quite a few freebies

After eating here personally and catering with this Zaxby's, I can say—without a doubt—this is one of the better-run Zaxby's in the area. The customer service is top shelf. I use them a lot since they are close to the church I pastor, and we cater for our meetings often. If there ever was a problem, they fixed it, and I left happy about it. Highly recommend this Zaxby's.

Food was delicious had loaded fries and club sandwiche. The amount of fries in the loaded fries is slightly disappointing. They cost more than my sandwich. I think if you got a chicken tender meal with ranch and kicking sauce you could load up yourself. Only missing the bacon and shredded cheese. One more thing of note about this location is the dining room is cold, bring a jacket.

Awesome service here tonight. The worker at the drive thru was beyond nice. They had our food ready by the time we got to the window and we were the only people there. Everything HOT and accurate. Again, GREAT service.

Saw this place during our vacation as we traveled from Chicago to Orlando. We saw it several times and finally stopped in. I'm glad we did. The wings were good and my husband enjoyed the salad. The sweet tea was just right and the Texas toast was just right. The workers were patient with us as they assisted us with decided what to get to eat.

This is a completely different story than what it was 5 years ago. There's no crazy long wait, if something's ever wrong, they fix it. Pretty happy with the service that we've had this past year with this location. It's come a long way.

They have definitely improved drive thru times. We used to sit (i know i know) 25-30 minutes waiting on food, and that's not an exaggeration. They have always had good food. We have gone about 4 times in the last two months, and have sat no longer than 12 minutes. The fastest was 7 minutes. Kinda hard to complain about that.

Holy Moly, it's like slow sonic from across the street got jobs at zaxby's. It takes foooorrreeevvvveer now. This used to be the fastest place to get food, now it takes 20 minutes to get through the line. Two stars because the food is normally good and accurate...it just takes way too long.

Best Zaxby's I've ever visited. The staff were friendly and funny. My order arrived only a minute or two after I found a table and you can tell the staff is attentive to dining room cleanliness. My "zalad" was pretty good for a fast food salad, too.

I was hesitant to try zaxbys until they catered at my husband's office. I have been really missing out by waiting so long. Their boneless wings and things plate is delicious. The boneless wings are coated perfectly. The cheese curds are also delicious. My husband loves them dipped in ranch and I prefer the marinara. This place is hands down better than other chicken places. Their customer service is always on point. They consistently get our orders correct.

Food was fast, hot and fresh, People were in training and they made a mistake, the manager was amazing. Service was fast and friendly. We Enjoyed our meal in the clean lobby. I Recommend this Zaxby’s location to everyone.

This place was excellent!!!! Food is always hot and fresh and speedy amazing service. I got exactly what i ordered at Family meal for the whole entire family at home my kids were pleased with how hot their chicken was, i wouldn’t want to go to any other zaxbys in huntsville now. Ryan (the general manager) was great with taking care of us today, with me myself running a team of young students i will be back and i will be recommending this zaxbys to the town!! Thank you for being awesome at this location!

Had a Zalad, it was very good. Every part of the salad tasted very fresh. The staff and the service was excellent. I realize this maybe a small thing, but i do enjoy fresh onions not dried onions. Everything was great.

Went through the drive through tonight and was met with the most kind person. Thank you Ms. Yolanda. We need more people like you! In addition my grilled chicken Caesar salad was Delicious!

Great chicken fingers and wings. The parmesan chicken sandwich is definitely worth trying.

My house salad was sooooooo good!! And the lady at the drive through window was really cool! Overall great customer service and I am definitely going there for my salad when ever I am out that way!!
