The Dance Method

My daughter has danced in a few studios before, but The Dance Method has been by far our favorite. They truly care about the kids and their experience. My daughter even refers to it as her safe space to be herself and just have fun. I would highly recommend TDM to anyone, beginners to experienced dancers.

My 6 year old daughter has danced at several studios as well before landing at the Dance Method. After her first recital, one of the first things she said was that she wanted to go back! I’m a dancer (pointe, tap, hip hop, etc.) and her dad is a professional dancer. We are SO happy to have this space to teach her the love and joy of dance, as well as help grow her confidence. Tonight, for example, we watched her dance, and the instructor asked each student to name something positive about the other dancers’ in-class performance. The owner and all of the instructors are wonderful.

I absolutely love everything about The Dance Method! The atmosphere is beyond inviting! Staff is super sweet & couldn't ask for a better place to bring my beloved daughter!

TDM has been a huge blessing for our family. My girl gets to work at something she loves and enjoys, and Mrs. Lauren and the whole TDM crew are so patient, kind, and FUN! This is such a great experience for kids (and grown-ups now, too!) and Mrs. Lauren has put an amazing amount of work and care into everything - and it truly makes the experience so special.

The Dance Method is such a great Studio. My daughter has had both Mrs.Lauren( owner) and Ms.Jada as her teachers, both being fantastic and willing to work with my daughter. All staff is friendly and super excited to to be there. The studio is clean and is well cared for. The prices are clear and definitely affordable. If you have a child who you want in dance, this is the studio for you.

My daughters absolutely love their dance classes at The Dance Method. Miss Lauren is incredibly encouraging, kind, fun and patient. My daughters' confidence has grown so much over the past year. The non-competitive nature of the classes means all kids can enjoy learning to dance without any pressure.

The adult dance classes, too, are a lot of fun and a great experience. The studio is bright and cheery and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend The Dance Method for kids and adults of all ages!

The classes are small enough that your child's need can easily be addressed.

The studios are clean and bright.

They have programs for literally every age.

I don't feel pressure to have my small female child in over-sexualized costumes, listening to inappropriate music or learning overly sexual dance moves.

And it's not pretentious.

So really...this is a fabulous place to bring your kids...you aren't going to find better in this area...or probably anywhere.

We have tried other local dance studios, and we are so thankful for The Dance Method! Mrs. Lauren and her family, and TDM staff are all amazing. They are patient, understanding, and so kind. The kids are all great, there have been no issues with bullying, favoritism, or anything of that nature, like with past studios. My daughter has done the Tour of Dance, summer dance camps, the first recital... it has been amazing watching TDM grow, and we could not recommend it more! My daughter has learned multiple dance techniques within the different classes offered, and her confidence is a whole new world for her. Thank you so much, TDM Family!

If you are looking for a dance school for your little one, this is the place to be!!! Though my children are grown, I can speak to the professionalism and dedication of the owner Lauren and her staff. I watched her build on her dream from its infancy to what it has become now. Her students are excited and enthusiastic in learning new techniques, which culminates to a wonderful end of season recital! To Lauren and her staff keep up the good work!!

Lauren is one of those people made to do what she does! So amazing! The studio has a light, cheerful energy where you can feel at ease and comfortable. Nothing is intimidating or pushy. So many fun and unique activities for a variety of ages. Love TDM!

I am beyond blessed to have found The Dance Method for my kids. Not only is the studio gorgeous but Mrs.Lauren and the teachers she has is beyond anything I have experienced. The patience and love they have for dance and teaching is so noticeable. So thankful for this studio!

My daughter attended their Christmas in July dance camp and absolutely loved it. We will definitely be returning for at least one next summer! She was so happy at the end of each day and proud of the dances she learned and was able to perform for us! I also know the women of the Dance Method are amazing instructors as someone near and dear to me also attends dance class with them and she excelled in their guidance.

This place is the best! It was my first year of dance and was welcomed merrily, by the teachers and fellow dancers. It truly lit up my week! We have attended classes with my now- 3 year old since this studio opened. The Me and My Grown Up class was so fun and created special time for me to spend with my daughter while working on gross motor skills, spatial concepts, social skills, and following directions.
