Ideal Windows, Doors and Siding

I worked with Ideal to get new windows all throughout my house during the early springtime when there was still snow on the ground. That didn't slow down their work, and they got the job done in a day. I thought their pricing was very good, especially when compared to other companies I got estimates from. Thanks so much for all your work! I would highly recommend!

My experience was awesome. They did a super job. Needed a few doors replaced and a screen door. Needed a window replaced in the kitchen. Had everything all cleaned in no time. Did have an issue with the screen door though. Called and he was out the next day and fixed something really simple.

Ideal windows doors and siding installed windows in my house last year because I had some old ones that needed replaced , They were very quick and efficient as well as cleaned up after they were all done with the job . I love my new windows and have had no issues other than a seal failure which they came out and fixed right away . I recommend this company to all my family when they are looking to get new work done on their house .

Ideal installed vinyl siding over my existing wood siding in April of 2023. It's a fairly large home and they finished the work in a day and a half. A week later I was still receiving compliments from neighbors and friends. Work crew was all business. Only took a break for lunch. They also installed new windows in basement. Price was very reasonable. Quality of material was excellent. This one very pleased customer. I would be more than happy to recommend this company to all my friends.

Ideal recently installed new siding and a storm door. Good quality products and workmanship. Issues and questions were addressed promptly. They also accomplished several unique repairs for us. Our house looks great now!

From the time Brian came to our house to explain their product and take measurements until installation was complete, our experience with IDEAL WINDOWS was awesome. Brian was great. He completely explained his product, explained installation, and listened and answered all our questions. The windows and doors we chose were top quality and pricing was fair. The real "kicker" was installation and installer Brent. Brent went out of his way to do extra little things to make each window and door perfect. His cleanliness and clean up was amazing. This year we did windows and doors on our main level, next year we will do the upper level. I wouldn't consider anyone other than IDEAL WINDOWS for that. THANK YOU Brian for an amazing experience.

We recently had all new windows from Ideal Windows installed in our manufactured home and are extremely pleased. Their installer, Brent, did an excellent job and knew exactly the correct way to do it in our type of home. We had checked several different window suppliers but either they did not work on our type of home or we were not confident that they knew the right way to install them. We are extremely pleased!

I had Ideal replace nearly every window in my 1964 ranch-style home over the course of a year (including basement windows). I had the best imaginable service on each project installment and LOVE LOVE my new windows! They are beautiful and so easy to clean, much more energy efficient than the old originals.

What's more, once when I was having trouble with one (stuck open on a cold SUNDAY), the installer, Brent, came out on his own time to adjust it for me at no charge, and gave me a few tips for the future.

Today, fully one year after my last window was installed, when I noticed one was not locking properly, Brian came out and adjusted it and again gave me a couple of helpful tips for things to watch for.

PLUS, he gave me some advice and instruction on the only three windows not installed by Ideal (they were new and installed by a contractor during my remodel) -- after three years, I had NO idea those windows could easily be removed for cleaning and Brian suggested a good idea for replacing the inexpensive screens on those three.

I highly recommend Brian and Ideal: excellent service and follow up. They take care of their customers.

Brian was fantastic. He listened to our goals (we built a small, eco-conscious and sustainable log home in Linn County) and was able to find the perfect windows for our cabin. He also stored our windows for us in his shop for a few months at no extra charge so we could take advantage of a promotion. When one window sash was damaged in transport, Brian himself came out to install the replacement. Can't recommend this business enough for new construction!

We are very picky and like to take our time in making a decision. We chose Ideal while talking to five or six other companies . We felt like they were the most honest company that we talked to and at the end of the day, they were also the best value. I've recommended them to several friends. Five stars all day.
