FastMed Urgent Care

Nurse and PA were very knowledgeable about my condition, which made me trust their judgment. They didn't rush me either. Receptionist was friendly and kind. I will go back here even though there is a closer one to my home.

My experience during last week was superb even more for an urgent care facility. Front Desk lady was very nice and the Doctor Kristin was very kind and helpful with my concerns. The A/C was broken and the entire staff still had a great attitude! Great Team at this location!

I made an appointment online for my dad. We arrived but parking was a little far away and I wondered how I would get dad in becuse he needed a wheelchair. So I called and they sent someone out with a wheelchair and the receptionist ushered us right in to see the doctor stating she will get the information from me when she can. Everyone was courteous and kind. I was actually surprised as I have not had customer service like that in quite sometime. I would go here again if needed.

Great staff. Made an appt same day and was promptly seen shortly after I arrived. Evaluated my problem quickly and sent in prescription order to my local pharmacy.

Amazing and caring staff!!! Words can't explain how patient and wonderful the staff is here! I came here after wakemed ER misdiagnosed my child with bug bites! Turned our he had staph infection! They were so caring and understanding and communicative and helpful...

There was almost no wait time (right after open on a Sunday). I was seen quickly by Kristin, everything was handled professionally, and I was able to get good information and be on my way shortly. I had made an appointment online and was seen at the time I registered for.

I was happy to find a time slot available the morning I found myself sick. The staff was very lovely and helpful - in the exam room, they offered me a sanitized pillow to rest on while waiting for the test results (I was in pretty bad shape). I'm hoping not to get sick again any time soon, but if I do, they'll be my first choice! Wishing the staff health and strength as they deal with the sick out there!

So grateful that Fastmed is in Beaver Creek. The staff is always friendly and never have to wait long. I could do without the weighing part but that’s another issue lol. Highly recommend for urgent care needs!

i never review places unless i’m very impressed with them - all the staff here are exceptionally kind and the wait times are shockingly fast. I was only waiting for about two minutes before I was seen and the doctor was very helpful, informative, and reassuring. if boss sees this give them a raise 👍

First time at this location. Joseph helped me with my ear and he was just an awesome PA. I appreciate his gentleness and prompt attention. Just an awesome provider! And everyone in the office was great too!

Unfortunately, not my first trip here but when needed, this is the only urgent care I choose. Staff is always polite and professional. Wait times are reasonable and I always feel I get the best possible care.

Very good experience. I went to FastMed for quick checkup for the first time. Signin was smooth and the front desk guided. I did not wait for a long - it was only 20 mins wait. And all my queries were answered by nurse practiotioner. Definitely recommend if someone is looking for urgent care. Thank you
