Easy to make appointment online and check in was very simple. Didn’t have to wait at all. Thank you to Lori who was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience here recently. The doctor was very quick and professional I didn't have to wait at all as I had already checked in on my phone just before my appointment.

In the past two months, my family members and I have used this Target Clinic and so grateful for it. Usually I have no wait at all and once I had to wait about 10 minutes. Easy to get prescription filled at their pharmacy and be on your way. Highly recommend.

Very professional clinic. This clinic can be very busy. I usually check online before going and if possible schedule an appointment.

Billed us after being told we would not be billed for a covid test

This location, unfortunately is chronically short staffed and the wait times are 1-2 hrs even with an appointment. Unfortunately, the practitioner I saw was not experienced and didn’t want to submit my lab for testing. They then wanted to bill me for the appointment even though I had not gotten anything done. I ended up having to go elsewhere. Would recommend just going to a regular urgent care in the future.

😳😒 🤪Extra costs and cannot book until you put in credit card!!!! Why ask for insurance if you have to pay full price!! For a TB test to be read costs even more!!! I’m highly unsatisfied. I will go back for reading but will not return ever!!! The only good thing was the NP on staff was excellent very informative. My advice is be careful of saying, “yes” to questions, due to extra costs.

Arrived five minutes “late” because I had to ask the pharmacy to direct me. The patient ahead of me did not come out until 7 minutes later despite my being checked in. The medical rep then tried to blame me for her not having enough time to perform the procedure I came in for—which I indicated on my appointment form. She had no remorse and suggested that I wait three hours for her. I drove almost an hour for this appointment but she said she had other obligations—as though other working adults don’t. This is my third Minute Clinic this week to fail me (the other ran out of the necessary supply). Why offer services of they’re impossible to access?

First of all you cannot reach out to the location if you get a problem. In our case it is as as a prescription. They said they can’t call you either if you asked to be called ! I wish I could know that before I had the appointment, definitely I will not schedule another appointment with any minute clinic.
Update on 4th day
If you can avoid going to the minute clinic, you save yourself for future all problems you will face. We had a visit Wednesday morning and still have not been able to get our prescriptions yet after several days. Many calls to the center have not solved any ofour problems yet. We have repeatedly told them the correct pharmacy and they have it on file, but they do not send it, ridiculously funny. Avoid them unless you want to waste your time

Tried to call, the automated system makes it impossible. I tried to go in and only saw a computer to check in, no person. The computer says there are no availabilities for 2 days even though theres no line and doesnt appear to have anyone staffed in it? I just dont understand why they have a "minute" clinic and then require an appointment 2 days in advance. Defeats the purpose of an urgent care.

Had a scheduled appointment for my daughter and, after we checked in is when they decided to tell us that they were out of vaccines. They could've call us to let us know before we drove all the way there. We were told that they should receive more later that day or the following morning and they would call us. It's been two days now and still haven't received a phone call.
