I came to FastMed for a drug screening and TB test for work. From the reception to the initial testing, all the staff were very warm and welcoming. The bed side manner was excellent and Dr. Ezekiel made sure that I was comfortable. Great and professional experience!

We got there at 4:45 and were in the office with the doctor within an hour. They were efficient, both front office and back office staff were very good at handling the paperwork and getting the Dr in and to confirm previous meds for my 93 yr old dad. Diagnosed and with plan of action. Very pleased with this walk-in facility.

First time visiting. I didn’t really know what to expect, but I was so surprised. I was greeted very friendly by front office staff. Checking in was quick. Dr was very friendly, and patiently explained everything so I could understand. Thank you very much for the amazing service.

I made the appointment online and filled out most of the check-in documents online ahead of time. Check-in was quick and easy - the receptionist was excellent. I waited less than 10 minutes before being seen. The appointment was for a pre-employment physical - the nurse and PA were both kind and professional. It was really fast - I walked in 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was walking out 30 minutes later. Great urgent care facility!

Fastest urgent care experience ever. Walk-in, seen before noted time on paperwork after checking in. Staff was pleasant. Doctor was thorough, asked questions, and gave supportive suggestion to help foot pain. Satisfied with overall visit experience. Will come here again if I ever need to.

FastMed exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment on line and was seen timely. Kristen was more thorough in my exam than my Primary Care Physician. She provided a remedy and offered educational suggestions. Excellent bedside manner.

The entire staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Special mention goes to the Physician Assistant (PA), who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the diagnosis clearly, and provided excellent care. The overall experience was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this team for urgent care needs!

I visited with what felt like a torn pectoral muscle. Greeting in the lobby was gracious and efficient, wait was < 5 mins (which as a walk in was awesome) and Joy and Ezekiel were both pleasant and professional in the diagnostics they performed, dialog we had regarding my situation and follow up with the pharmacy. I'd definitely go back.

I had a great experience at Fast Med Urgent Care in Cary. From the receptionist to the PA, Ezequiel, everyone was wonderful. They took care of a dog scratch efficiently, and the entire staff was professional and very friendly. Highly recommend this place for any urgent medical needs!

Quick appointment on Labor Day to get my son tested for strep, flu, and COVID. Results were positive for COVID. Got a letter for work and school, prescriptions and back home in less than 30 minutes. Very professional staff and great customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is my first time at a Fast Med Urgent Care and it went well. I was able to fill most everything online beforehand so the check in and wait was short. Would highly recommend.

Visited FastMed for employment Pre-screening Drug Test, It is pretty organized and I am out in 20 mins. I scheduled an appointment to avoid walk-in delays and I could see they are able to accommodate both.

Everyone was very considerate before, during and after my care at FastMed. I received a phone call as a follow up making sure I was doing well and let me know to call if there was a need or concern. Thank you to all the staff at FastMed!

My toddler had a large splinter in his foot that we were not able to remove at home. He was in a lot of pain and the front desk staff was very helpful to get us processed for care. PA Shepherd was very patient while my child protested and squirmed as he was removing the object from his foot. We were given clear instructions for follow up care at home. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Cary Cornerstone FastMed for urgent medical needs.

All the staff was pleasant. Waited 45 minutes mostly due to my insurance verification, as I live out on West Coast. Facility was very clean. Would recommend to anyone in need.

No complaints at all. Scheduling was easy, the check in was easy, wait was short, the provider listened to what I had to say, and everyone was helpful. I was only there for an hour on a Friday afternoon for an appointment I scheduled the same day.

The Medical Assistant was very nice and thorough. Dr. Ken was great - nice, thorough, efficient but not rushed, knew what needed to be done!

This FastMed Urgent Care was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating even to the point of walking me to the car with an umbrella in the rain. I would certainly use them again if I need an Urgent Care!

I had an emergency incident occur on a Friday afternoon. My wife took m to FastMed and they took me in to the treatment room and dealt with the situation quickly and effectively. Very professional service all round.
