Wayback Burgers

Damn! What a great burger! I got the Carolina burger combo. The double patty cheeseburger was hot, juicy and delicious. The chili and creamy slaw on the Carolina burger was very good. The burgers are prepared fresh when ordered so there will be a wait time. But if you are not in a rush it is well worth the wait. The hot fries were perfectly salted. I ordered tea but they have milkshakes too. You’ll love Wayback Burgers! Stop by for a hot and juicy burger now. Enjoy!

This is one of our favorite burger spots in town! The burger is similar to a smash burger, it is very delicious and juicy every time. They have many different build your own options. The fries and tater tots are top notch and crispy. A great all around experience, would definitely recommend!

I ordered the classic with all the toppings. Onion rings on the side with chipotle mayo sauce. Made from scratch.

Took about 10 minutes. Worth it.

Bun almost started falling apart as soon as I picked it up. My biggest complaint. I went through a few napkins. The toppings were lettuce, a couple tomato slices, pickles, raw diced onions, mustard, ketchup.

The onion rings were tasty. Went well with the sauce.

I'm coming back here.

This was our first time trying out Wayback Burgers and we enjoyed the experience and food. My wife had their Impossible melt and I had the double bacon. Price wise, it felt a little high but that seems to be the new normal with inflation, but other all, we will be back.

Stopped in here for lunch. The burgers were fresh and the fries were hot! The chicken tenders had great flavor! We ate our lunch at the outdoor tables.
The restaurant was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Honestly this place was amazing. Food came Hot and fast. Large amount of freshly made fries, not the frozen bit. This being my first time I got the classic. 2 patties with American Cheese. Lettuce pickles onions ketchup. The beef was fresh and tasty, like you get from the butcher.
I'm gonna have to go back to try the other burgers. Their shakes were tempting too, but there was no room with all those fries.

We love coming here right after volleyball practice each week. Friendliest staff & best food! Burgers are delicious & fries are crispy & not too salty.

The burgers were amazing! We ordered out and it was ready at the scheduled time, no waiting. If you want a REAL burger, this is your place! Not bad for the price and not all bread like some burger places. The tater tots were superb & the onion rings were crunchy, no onion escaping!! We will be back!!! :)

Five-star burger places do exist. Really solid on all buger elements, from patty to veggies. Can't wait to try their milkshake, based on quality of burger this visit.

Stopped in and had the Corolina burger. It was perfect and sloppy just how I like it with the slaw. In a good way I must say. Staff was friendly and the establishment was very clean. No issues or complaints from my visit so when I'm in the area I will eat here again

I've been wanting to try the burgers from Wayback and finally made my way here today. Oh my! I was impressed with the quality and all the options and toppings available. We had the classic burger with grilled onions and mushrooms, french fries with bacon and cheese a Build your own version of it and a chocolate milkshake. Everything was delicious!

My classic was cooked to perfection and it was a messy bite with juices flowing down. Be ready to get messy and have napkins nearby! Loved it and will be back!

I got the build your own and it was really good. Everything is made when ordered so it's hot and fresh. Service was good, definitely will dine there again, next will try the milkshake!

Their classic burger is a total flavor bomb. It’s the best burger I’ve had in a long time, and it will definitely have you craving for more

In my opinion, the best burger in town. I had a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions. The patty was juicy and delicious. The bun was steamy soft and fresh. The fries were great.

It's a bit on the expensive side, but it is delicious.

Created my own burger for takeout, with fries and a drink. Everything was very good and quick. Friendly staff, not too busy.

The food is so good here and I highly recommend this place! The Cheeeesy Burger is my favorite entrée and definitely worth getting!

Food is delicious and well priced. It is a family owned quick service and you can tell because everyone is so polite and on top of everything. I support this location the most because of the customer service

I was very impressed. I wasn't going to stop here because I thought it was going to take longer than I wanted to wait for my food. I'm so glad I changed my mind and went to check it out. I had to wait a few minutes but it wasn't too long and it was well worth the wait. They have some unique dishes that are wonderful. I inquired about the Irish Nachos and they gave me a sample, very good twist on an old favorite. Everything is made fresh. The burgers and fried macaroni and cheese were delicious. I have not had such a good milkshake in years. I took the picture of the shake a few minutes later and it had melted a bit so the photo doesn't do it justice. I loved the great variety of shakes there were to choose from. I asked if there they had any other restaurants. He said there is also one in Raleigh near Triangle Town Center.

It's been a while since I've been here but they never missed a beat! First off, the atmosphere was out of this world. The employees actually remember your order if you are a regular customer. They have amazing conversations and actually care about the customers. The food... THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!! Vegetarian options and awesome shakes!!! I would definitely recommend Jake's Wayback Burgers!!!
