We worked with Melissa Harmon to buy our new home in Morgan County close to Cumberland County. We've been in it for a month and are very happy. She was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries, and was always pleasant. Our relocation went smoother with her help. We never felt pressured to buy or that we were a bother. One offer fell through and we got our escrow money back quickly. We would use Crye-Leike again if we needed to move even though we are a bit of a drive from Sparta.

Terrible service. I contacted Jeremy Youngblood about an online listing and never heard back. I then called to ask about it (the seller had apparently just pulled the listing) but he said he'd email me other prospective properties. I never received the email nor any follow up calls.
