If I could, I would give six stars I would.. knowledgeable people.. no nonsense attitude,, willing to help. They are super busy, but through the phones ringing off the hook , people coming in wanting something yesterday,, they hold there composure as if you are the only one in the store.. thank you herc and the employees.. number 1 folks!

These guys always have what I need and give me great deals on the equipment I need. If I forget tiedowns or don't have the right hitch, they always hook me up for no charge. I've tried all the other equipment rental places around Apex & Cary and been disappointed or paid too much. This is my go-to place now.

good group to work with here. rented a 50' towable manlift. drove it home & realized it wouldn't work for my needs. returned it several hours later & clerk said he'd have to charge me for 1/2 day rental but he'd talk to manager about cutting me a break. manager said no charge. i then had them deliver a larger lift to my house. their delivery charges were $100 each way where sunbelt in raleigh was $200 each way and the daily rental fee was ~$100 less on the lift. not trying to put down sunbelt as i've rented from them before without issue, but hertz had better pricing for my needs

Great food fair price. Meat seasoned perfectly, chips and tortillas great. Friendly staff and owner was there keeping things straight
