It was fine, no problems. I am grateful that the women working here are very patient since a lot of people make the same mistakes over and over, including me. Tips: don't park in front of any building, park in the back row. Don't bring your cell phone in. Stay in the waiting room, they'll know you are new. You might need two forms of id with signatures on them, you might need an admission ticket, so check your test email. Come 30 minutes early because even though they are fast at processing people, there are a lot of people waiting. I didn't have any slowness or connection issues. My only complaint is that the keyboard was dirty.

I had an exam at this center this morning. The staff were extremely helpful. I could get my exam completed without any issues .

I am not sure why others have rated so low for their services. I will be taking more exams at this locations and will update if any of my experience changes.

As of now , the 2 ladies, at this site ,did all they can , to help the candidates to take his/her exams . There were lot of people in the lobby and I am very sure they all got same quality of service ..

Not sure what's going on with some of the bad reviews, I tested there twice (and have a third test coming up) and the staff has been nothing but friendly, professional, and courteous. In both previous exams, I arrived 45 minutes early and they set me up within a few minutes.

The computers and peripherals are older but functional and allowed me to complete the tests without issue.

I definitely recommend this center.

Just tested this afternoon and had to leave a review about how great the proctor was! She was welcoming, made everything easy as possible, and friendly as could be. Definitely choosing this place again for my next test! Testing facility wasn’t anything fancy but definitely worked well enough to get the job done.

I can’t understand the bad reviews. The two people working today were wonderful & the testing room was quiet. Earplugs are provided should you need them & sanitizer was readily available. Excellent testing spot!

We have been going to this testing center for the last three years for many tests during the year. We have always been treated with professionalism and always on time. It is after all a testing center and there are many rules to abide to be respectful to those taking tests. There are protocols to follow and I am pleased that they enforce it.

I thought this place was a great testing center (it’s an older building) but the ladies there were so nice and helpful! They are very clear about all their policies beforehand so as long as you can read a sign on a door you should be fine.

Quick and easy. The employees all know what they are doing and have seemingly perfected getting folks in and out. It’s the quickest I’ve been able to sit for exams at any testing center I’ve been to.

Not sure why there are so many comments about bad experience.
Have not had any issue with trying my exam. Friendly staff, no issue with check in and internet connections. Can give strong 5 stars.

Great testing center. Clean, quiet, and professional. They were great about following covid-19 protocols without bottlenecking things.

I have used his testing center for all my certification exams including Microsoft and Citrix. The friendly and efficient staff are great at what they do!
