S&D COUNTRY KITCHEN

I brought a whole baseball team about 2:20 today, and the service was phenomenal. What seemed to be the main waitress was attentive to every single one of us. She never let a drink go empty and was giving us to go cups without asking. Service seemed a little slow, but when you flood a kitchen with 20 orders that’s what you expect.

The food was hot for every single person and clearly made to order! I got my hotdogs last. But they came out piping hot. The chili was just how I love it. I was so beyond impressed.

They were so nice! They even gave our entire team free dessert!! All almost 20 of us!

Ate here today for lunch, and it was great. The buffet was fresh, hot and ready to go. Too bad I didn’t have enough time to terrorize it.!!

First time dining in this place and we love it, everything in this restaurant is country food and they're all delicious. Friendly staff and very spacious for everyone.

Excellent food. The Hashbrowns were seasoned to perfection, and the sausage patty sandwich was quite robust! Service was awesome; with multiple staff coming out to chat with my family and I throughout our time at breakfast. 9/10, will visit again!

I had a really good breakfast here this morning. Good scrambled eggs and bacon. A really fine biscuit, and a huge bowl of grits that I couldn't come close to finishing. Good coffee also. Great customer service, really good people.

We are from PA, visiting Laurel. We were looking for a breakfast place and found S&D Country Kitchen. The food was fantastic. We had sausage, hasbrowns, eggs and toast. Best hash browns I ever had. And the owner and staff were the nicest people. If we lived here we would eat here often!

Our first restaurant in Laurel MS. Hands down one of the best restaurants me and my husband has ever been too. Talking about some good ol cooking. On top of that delicious food the people are so genuinely sweet. The lady held Waylon who was fussing while we ate. She kept him calm and got a little giggle out of him. She asked the girls if they wanted a hot dog or cheese sticks. We appreciated her but told her it would go to waste. As we paid and was leaving the man asked us if everything was great and told us to come back tomorrow and he will give the kids free snow cones. Talking about southern hospitality. Laurel Mississippi is definitely a HomeTown.

A mom and pop sort of place. We stopped in for a quick bite mid afternoon. I got a couple of hotdogs with chili, and my wife got a cheeseburger with fixings. My dogs were cooked perfectly and the buns were toasted on the grill. The chili was awesome and infused with a sweet bbq sauce… actually quite excellent. My wife loved her burger, juicy and nicely cooked, and sauced the way we sauce our burgers in Cajun country. We stay around Laurel often, and will be back.

They have the BEST food. Everything I had was great. I especially loved the ribs. I could have just eaten them. I highly recommend this place. I will go back. Everyone was so friendly & service was awesome. Buffett is great!!!

From Alabama, we were looking for some good country cooking. Found this place. Great service and great food. If we are ever in the area again we will come again!

The food was ok, a lil pricey. The inside needs a touch up. I can't explain it but it needs something to lighten up the atmosphere.

Totally satisfied my taste for some good soul food! Very friendly service.

I have not been by there yet, but they deserve 5 stars for having turkey and dressing!! God bless!!
