My experience with this practice is great. The workers are prompt and kind. My Doctor, Dr. Bhirud went the extra mile to communicate with me via text messages to fast track the help I needed and the referral I got also was soothing. Before I started treatment to my ailment, I got explanations on what’s going on with me which helped to take out fears I was having and the healing started before treatment.

I see Dr. Vijaya at Western Wake on Kildaire Farm Road in Cary. I find the staff to be kind, courteous, caring and professional. Dr. Vijaya is a brilliant physician, coupled with the fact that she is compassionate. She truly cares about her patients and always goes the extra mile. I am sure that she and Dr. Raj operate Park Primary with the same level of compassion and professionalism. The staff may not be perfect, but you can always count on being greeted with a smile and a strong desire to meet all your needs. May God richly bless you, and may you know it to be so!!! I've been at this Primary Care office once ,and seen Dr. Raj.Polavaram he was definetly greatest doctor ever i visited. Due to internet search on linkedin,and other websites has definetly credible medical backround experience to me ,it's not difficult to understand that he is a kind, and knowledgeable doctor who has improved themselves with up-to-date scientific information.

Other than You may find that the front desk secretaries are looks a bit busy with paperwork, you may have to ask a few times about your concerns ,and keep track of your paperwork timeline. but not a big deal to me still 5 stars

I have been a patient since 2005. At first I used the Durant Road location and now I use the Carpenter Fire Station Road location.
As stated above, I have been a patient of Dr. Vijaya Polavaram for many years, and have found her to be thorough, highly knowledgeable, caring, and genuine. Because of her good nature, and for ease of communication, her patients refer to her as Dr. V. Hands down, she is the best intuitive doctor I have had in my life! Several times over she has discovered things that have saved my health, ergo my life. I highly recommend that you seek out her care. Your body will thank you. You're welcome.

You will not find a more experienced, more caring Dr than Dr Raj!!!! He might not be the fastest but that’s because he listens and takes time with his patients!!!! Best Dr in the Triangle!!!!

We visited for urgent care on a Saturday afternoon and we had a great experience. Dr Raj is very approachable and the front staff is very accommodating.. definitely recommend

Dr. Vijaya and Nurse Practioner Jacquelyn are both very knowledgable providers who will take the time out to truly listen to the concerns of their patients.

The staff is polite and Dr Raj is really good. He gives very good advises for healthy living, which most doctors miss to tell you.

Dr. Raj is quite experienced and shares lot of knowledge and takes lot of time explaining in detail. Quite happy to find a good doctor at last.

Great Place. Fantastic Service. We had so many questions, they were very polite. Very nice.

We were seen quickly, within 15 minutes.

They want you do everything by phone or to come in person.

The wait was so long in the lobby (with no other patients ) and then once in the room, I waited another 30 min. The person to intake my symptoms and record blood pressure just came from behind the receptionist desk and there was no nurse anywhere in sight. Finally, when the doctor came in, he diagnosed me and read to me direct paragraphs from his iPad from the internet to explain my diagnosis. The doctor did ask some diagnostic questions but nothing about the experience made me feel like I was getting proper care. I won’t go there again.

We went here to use the urgent care because it was the closest to our house, but we should have just driven farther to the clinic we usually use in Morrisville. I think the problem is because they are also primary care, that the urgent care patients just get put in between regular appointments, so I felt like there was really no urgency at all. So even though we were the only ones there for urgent care we still waited an hour to be seen. They didn't seem to have a very organized system and everything was a bit chaotic. The front staff and doctor mis-gendered my daughter multiple times (even though they had the paperwork that said female), and the doctor was talking about her like she wasn't in the room (she's 15 and capable of answering questions). Ultimately the doctor was helpful but we won't be back.
