Placed an online reservation, and although they couldn't find it at first, they located it, got the equipment and even loaded it up. The staff were very professional and courteous. They were great to talk to until all was said and done. I will be going here for all equipment renting needs.

Best customer support I’ve had from a rental company. I ordered a lift at 7:00 AM, got to the site by 11:00 AM and it was there by 12:00 PM, when they had originally told me it would be around 2:00 PM. We also had an issue with the lift not being grounded and shocking us, and they had a tech out within 30 minutes and fixed in 5. Next time I’m in the area I will call these guys first! Sales rep was Mark and service tech was Mathew. These guys and their excellent customer service are the only reason I was able to get the job done in a day!

I set up the rental online and was helped immediately when I arrived on the lot. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The chipper we rented worked great and we were able to mulch down all our brush. We will definately use this United Rental location again.

Called today and spoke with Mike. I need to rent a dump trailer, so was inquiring as to availability and price. I was told that they charge $225.00 per day, for a 2-3yd dump trailer! I confirmed this exorbitant price with Mike, and that is the correct charge. Absolute robbery!

Siggghhh.... worst experience ever! Not only was I charged 100.00 for a power washer for a half a day, when I went to pick it up 2 guys tried forcing it into the back of my SUV and broke my back seat handle so now I can't put the back seat back up. I was so angry that I left without it and demanded a refund. Never again!
