K1, the bloom

Yo, so I hit up K1 The Bloom in Belton, and let me tell you, the experience was pretty fire. I grabbed some wings, the spicy pork belly rice bowl, and a side of fries. The wings were a solid 4/5—crispy and packed with flavor. Only thing is, they don’t let you pick all drums or all flats, and you know I’m all about those flats. The pork belly rice bowl? Another 4/5. It was on point, tender pork, good flavors, and the veggies brought it all together. But the real MVP of the meal? Those fries, man. A straight 5/5. Crispy, seasoned just right, and dipping them in ranch? Game changer. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m gonna see if I can get them to hook me up with all flats next time.

Their Kimchi Fries is the bomb!! Sauces for fried chicken and tofu taste just right. Wings are good too, but I personally like their Korean Fried Chicken more! (Highly recommend!!!🍗🐔)

Staffs were polite as well. Got a new best fried chicken place in town!!🙌🏼

Best new restaurant experience for us so far this year. My wife and I are fans of Korean food, and this hit the spot. Service was adequately paced, the waiters could have had better knowledge of the menue, but they were prompt. We had (pictured In order) spicy pork belly, spicy soy garlic boneless chicken, and spicy pork bulgogi. 3 hits, and all had distinctly different flavors. Chicken was umami spicy, sweet, tangy, salty, crispy, and sticky. Pork bulgogi was easily the best in central Texas. Pork belly crispy and tender , and accompanying vegitabls were pleasantly chared. We'll be back with friends. 10/10

I've been coming here since the soft opening, they have been consistent and friendly each time my family and I have come here. Food is delicious and always hot, the drinks are amazing. I wish they have the kdogs that the Killeen location also has. 💚

This place is a fresh and strongly needed taste in Bell County.
We ordered the spicy & sweet wings, mandu, kimchi, Boba tea, and they impressed.
This just hit the top of our list for OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO GRUB. 🔥

Soft opening this week but hopefully full time next week. The kitchen fries are great. Fries are crisp and not too much sauce. I added beef bulgolgi and it was also good. The other person at the table had pork belly and kimchi rice bowl. Very good!

The food, and energy was so amazing! Literally can not complain about anything! The fries were so good and the soju drinks were tasty!! Thankful we found out new favorite spot!!

They are brand new and so so so delicious The best fried mandu I’ve ever had . bulgogi was tasty . but the star in my opinion is the boneless wings with soy garlic sauce so crunchy so delicious 😍😋 love the atmosphere fun k-pop music videos on the tvs . Oh and the boba is so so good too ! So excited to have a korean restaurant in Belton . We’ve been here three times now and always been super delighted 😁

My new favorite spot for hanging out with friends. We got sweet and spicy wings and cheesy dak today. All of them were so delicious and eye catching. For drinks, you must try their “feeling peachy” yum yum . The owner lady is so sweet and attentive. Thank you.

Having a love for Korean food, dramas and KPop, I'm always on the lookout for authentic Korean fried chicken. This place was recommended to me by my husband, who drove by and saw it. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and laid back. Ring the bell for service at the table. The beer was so cold it started turning to slush (I need to some of those cups) and the soy ginger fried chicken was amazing! The flavor pair great with beer, it was a bit too early for soju. This looks like a great spot for a night with friends. I went over board with the food orders because I wanted to try the boneless wings, wings and rice bowls. The Ssangham Cha was my favorite. Yes, I drink hot drinks in the summer. Absolutely, I will eat here again!

OH MY GOSH, is all I have to say after trying this today! I was craving kimchi and I drove past this place I've never seen before,I went to the pictures when I googled it, as any good American would and determined I would try the the kimchi fries( I added bulgogi to it)...THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY TASTEY AS ALL GET OUT! I mean bursting with flavor! The freshness from the cilantro ,the flavorful sauce, the spiciness was just enough to coat your tongue and linger just slightly but no where close to un-enjoyable. And the portion size was very generous! It's a meal in itself! I have nothing negative to say about this dish, AND the fries were hot fresh and crunchy! I definitely recommend these fries,who ever is in that kitchen is cookin̈g with passion.I can NOT wait to try the rest of the menu. 10/10 recommend

Delicious soy garlic wings & “mild sweet & spicy” boneless wings. Yummy Boba tea & nice ambiance. Definitely recommend

We ordered brown sugar milk tea boba, pork bulgogi, mild sweet and spicy bone in wings with fries, and snow cheese fried chicken wings for take out. It took a while for the food to get out, but they say it could be 10-20 minutes on the menu because it's made to order. We had to take another stop before getting home. We live about 10 minutes away. The food was still warm, fresh, and crunchy when we got home. Everything we had was delicious! 🤤 We're definitely going back!

This place is great. Fantastic, fresh food. Delicious tea. Atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming but not really fit for large groups. Definitely more dine in friendly. Everything is made fresh so it took about 35 minutes to get my food. The soy pork rice bowl was insanely good. So was the honeydew milk tea. The ladies inside were really sweet!

Still in soft opening phase but we enjoyed ourselves. We got the Korean fried chicken and the somaek tower, both were great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back :)

I had the spicy pork belly, from the dinner menu.I was absolutely blown away. No exaggeration, the best meal I've had in a good while. Not overly spicy, pork belly cooked and seasoned to perfection. I couldn't recommend this enough!!

My husband and I went out to eat to another restaurant, but when we went it was closed 🥴 We live in Copperas Cove and the restaurant is in Belton. Well we look around to se where we can go to not lose the trip. We were gonna go to another restaurant that we Google and we passed in front of K1 and my neck almost broke 🤣🤣 we turned around, we park and look for the reviews and we liked what we read.
The atmosphere was amazing, like kind of relaxing tho it was packed it was relaxing,
We sit and talk all the way until we left.
Now the food 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 it was delicious, I got the bulgogi bowl and it was sooo good, my husband is vegetarian and they offered a veggie menu, he got the tofu gangeon and he loved it. A great experience and we have another restaurant in our were to eat list ☺

Everything you try tastes absolutely delicious! The tea, the chicken, the bowls, are all flavorful and seem to be made with quality ingredients. I Highly recommend this place. It is a tad small, but feels intimate. Perfect for a date night. Best eatery in Belton, in my opinion.

I went on Saturday during their second soft opening! My boyfriend and I wanted to get wings to go because I had bragged about how good the wings were the last time I had them. To sum up the experience: The employees were very hospitable, the food delicious, and the atmosphere was pretty nice!

I got to witness some troublesome customers firsthand who were ill-tempered towards the waitress and impatiently made the decision to sit themselves down instead of waiting. The family ended up leaving before ordering, but I felt that the waitress handled it well.

We were then helped by a girl named Michelle and a girl named Ashlyn. I could tell that the place was a bit overwhelming, and yet we were handled with patience and friendliness that made us feel at ease in the establishment despite the circumstances.

The drinks came pretty quickly, the food took a bit longer. However, to anyone complaining about the wait for food, I would urge them to consider that the food served is not fast food, but food that is worth the time it takes to prepare. Furthermore, all employees were actively serving the customers and establishment and could not be accused of neglecting the customers or the restaurant.

I had a good experience there, and I believe that the success of the place lies in the comfort of both the employees and the customers. If I could give any feedback, I believe that the success of the place lies in not losing sight of the image they create for themselves and their community. I think it could be easy to forget the big picture, but as a customer, the big picture is huge in deciding if that is a place I feel good visiting again.

Place is the perfect size and food is good. Right spice levels and beer is cold
