Excellent place to live my family and I have been here for 3yrs. Great job to everyone who worked with us in finding the perfect home with the space we needed. Nicely landscaped properties and well maintained by the owners. Our neighbors are great at helping out each other and super friendly. I would recommend this park exclusively. All telephone wires are underground. The management is exemplary. Good neighborhood also, I guess that's why they call it a "community". There is a kids park, and Bingo every Friday night. I'm glad I chose this mobile home park.

I could definitely do without the huge and numerous speed bumps but otherwise it's a wonderful place to live and Kim, the manager, is understanding and kind. I have two small children and I feel safe living here, which says a lot in these times.

My mom lives here and we live out of town but we usually stop and stay with her when in town. The park is always nice and quiet. A lot of retirees lives here. From what my mom says the lot rent is the most price in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area. But it does seem like it’s the nicest mobile home park in town. The new speed-bumps they put in are pretty big and can be annoying but I understand why they are there so it’s not a big deal. Lots of shopping and food right in the area too.

After my parents divorced, we moved in here. At first I was terrified going from a $350,000 house to a mobile home. They are strict, and for a 16 year old kid that is a darn good thing. They keep it nice, they keep it quiet, and the management and folks who make sure everything is kept in good order deserve to be commended. As i think back now; it wasn't like any "mobile home court" it was like a home. From the staff to the neighbors. It is a great and safe place to live.

Terrific view of the Walmart sign at night. Speed bumps aren't too big. Walking distance to the butter burger place. What's not to love?

My family has used this for many family gatherings over the years. It's always nice and clean, nothing crazy or super fancy but a very nice place none the less.

Old people with money make up most of the people living here. Had a family member living here for years and never heard any complaints. Well maintained and clean.
