I hired them to fix a botched job another roofing company (Fleming Roofing) did on my roof. The other company never fixed my leak I paid them to do ($1,200) after multiple attempts.

I contacted Quality Roofing and they where EXCELLENT to work with. They not only stopped my roof leaks but had great customer service and was honorable in the process.

Quality Roofing rebuilt/repaired much of our roof when a massive tree uprooted and fell on it during a storm. They were so easy to work with and coordinated with our insurance company with no problem. My main contact was Billy Jackson, who explained everything as it was done, and was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them.

OK, call me a skeptic! I really didn’t believe that spraying house paint could ever be as good as painting with a good old brush. However, I was less than pleased with another vendor’s brushed results a few years ago on my trim, and I had a couple of good house painting examples that Quality Roofing had recently completed in my neighborhood, to encourage me to keep an open mind.
I did a little internet search and found that a good spray job applies as much paint as brushing, but it is more evenly applied. The new equipment used doesn’t require thinning the paint, so the paint used is the same as would be applied with a brush. In my case, it was Sherwin Williams Super Paint. I personally like it better than the Sherwin Williams Emerald paint, based on my own experience painting with each.
Brush marks were the big problem with the last vendor I had used who insisted one “good” brush coat was all I needed. After that vendor left, I couldn’t find anything they painted that did not have light and dark streaks from brush marks. As you might expect, the sprayed coats Quality Roofing applied did not have that problem. Even the garage and back doors they painted look very smooth.
After reviewing 3 quotes, I found Quality Roofing to be very cost competitive, and was very pleased that they applied TWO spray coats to each surface for this price. I signed a contract and work commenced as promised. The weather did not co-operate, and things stretched out over a couple of weeks, but the finished product was everything promised.
My wife and I enjoyed interacting with the crew on-site doing the painting. I would encourage you to be friendly and helpful for the best overall results. Removing clutter and being practical when questions arise speeds the process.
There was some wear and tear on the lawn from the traffic around the house, especially with the rainy weather, but my lawn recovered well after a couple of weeks.
One criticism I have heard, and is probably true, is that the house could have been finished with a brush while the crew was masking everything before spraying. However, the quality of the finish achieved is well worth the extra time required. They offer two methods of finishing the siding to trim, one a clean line at the trim and the other a “cut in” of the color on the side of the trim. I chose the clean line and really like that look. After painting was completed, the crew did a good job cleaning up the site.
It has been several weeks since the job was completed, and we continue to be pleased with the results. We are convinced we picked the best contractor for the job. We have also gotten several complements from neighbors walking by the house.
Subsequent to completion of the painting project, I also contracted Quality Roofing to replace the vent boots on my roof. I am pleased with the quality of materials used and the appearance of the finished result.

Quality Roofing made several trips to my house prior to any discussions. They were very detail and did not just throw a quote together. We met and discussed. we were slowed by the time of year Jan thru April, we had rain, rain, rain. So we finally had a window that was not full of rain. I went with the best metal roof and I am completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company for any type of construction. They can do more that just roofing. They are a complete company.

My first experience with Quality Roofing was fixing a leak at my current location. I have had at least two others say "the leak is fixed". Within a few months, the leak was back. Quality came out and told me exacting why the leak was coming back and they fixed it. It has been two years, no leak!

Currently I am building a new house. Quality put on the roof at a very competitive price. The workman ship was first class. Several of my to be neighbors have asked me "Who did your roof?".

Let me start off by saying the other two roofing companies wanted me to do full roof replacements and file insurance claims! I dealt with Billy Jackson, who for one, was on time, and two, honest and straight forward! These guys are honest and have a life long customer! I will recommend them anytime!

Carlos and Billy are stand up guys who will make sure the job is done right. My wife and I needed a quick fix with a few things before we sold our house and they took care of everything for us as quickly as possible. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend.

Awesome job by these guys replacing some shingles and new seals around my leaking vent pipes. Very professional, and the final price was actually lower than the intial quote. Definitely recommend this company if you need roof repairs.
