My daughter has been going here since she was 8 weeks old. I would recommend this day care to anyone with kids. So flexible and dependable I had to make last minute changes and they always had an opening for my child the entire staff is great.

I’m A Father of a soon to be 4yr old, and my son has been cared for, protected, loved on and so well educated since before he was 1 yrs old. Ms. Erica Sharp and the teaching staff have earned my appreciation over and over again. I go about my day without worry knowing my child is safe at Kidtowne. The Procare app is also a great resource, they update me and his mom whenever needed.
I just want to say thank you and we love you guys.

I am pleased with KidTowne. I was concerned about my son getting acclimated to other children his age, because he has been at home, for two years. His teachers were patient and supportive and moved at his pace. It took a few weeks and a lot of one on one, but he overcame the unfamiliarity and blossomed in his new environment. Also, the staff kept me informed an kept my nerves at bay. Not only does my son attend the toddler class, but my niece and nephew attend the infant class. The teachers are attentive to each child and the kids are happy when we pick them up. Also the hours are very convenient, for our schedules.

The staff at Kidtowne are so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this daycare, especially to those looking for more flexible hours. They worked with us on getting our little one acclimated to her very first daycare. They took their time finding a class that she would open up in and be able to shine like we see her do at home. While she did take some time to warm up, our baby now lights up when we ask her if she is ready to go to daycare. Each and every one of the teachers greets me and speaks to me about my child, whether they are her direct teacher or not. They all have something wonderful to say about my child, as if the staff really takes the time to get to know each and every child. She has grown leaps and bounds since we first started her, and when we pick her up she just goes on and on about what fun she had at school with her friends. Up until starting at Kidtowne, my child stayed at home with me, and she can be very shy with other adults, so I would not consider her to be easily won over. I will absolutely be keeping my child in this daycare until the time comes for preschool, and my next child will be joining her as well, probably sooner than we started our first, seeing all the benefits of having her socializing, and us parents being able to breathe a little easier with a bit more flexibility and free time. They work with any schedule and I have been able to, on multiple occasions, swap up my child’s days to fit when my work schedule changes.

My daughter has been going to this daycare since January 2020. She was two when we first enrolled her. You, as a parent always wonder if you made a good choice when choosing daycare. I believe we did, her social and speech skills have improved drastically. And just last week she told me on our way to daycare that she loved KidTowne.

My child loves attending Kidtowne! She looks forward to going every single day. She has little friends she enjoys playing with and talks about each afternoon. She does crafts and circle time each day while learning new things. Most of all she loves playground time. They have a good schedule they stick to pretty well, and it helps me stick to it with her on weekends too. The teachers have been wonderful with her and she is crazy about them. I’m so glad they spend so much time going outside, even if the kids have to bundle up. Exercise is so important for the little ones.

They have a really neat app they sometimes use for communication and pictures, but it’s only used occasionally. I know they get busy spending time with the kids though, which is truly the most important thing. It’s hard though to find out about the day when different teachers work mornings and evenings if nothing is shared.

All in all we love this place and I’m glad my daughter has been going there. She’s growing and learning and adores them all.

The most professional daycare in Madison and the Huntsville area. You can tell that all the employees love helping the kids. My child has told me on many occasions how much she loves going to daycare and how she loves her teachers. The daycare keeps you up-to-date with your child’s day by sending you a pics and messages through their App. I personally would recommend this place to anyone. #1Child care in America

I have two children that attend this daycare both whom are under 3 years of age. I work in the healthcare field so my working hours can be longer than 10 hours. It makes me feel beyond comfortable leaving them and knowing that they are fine at this daycare. The teachers are very friendly and thorough! I get “motherly vibes” from ALL OF THEM. My children absolutely adore the teachers and vice versa! I will and have recommended this daycare to my friends, family and coworkers. Especially seeing that they have night hours which are very flexible when you’re a single parent and working full time hours. I’m beyond pleased and satisfied with the care my children receive here!

My daughter loves this place. She has learned so much these past couple of months. She is excited to go everyday. Ms. Courtney is a FANTASTIC caregiver/teacher. She sends my daughter home with a worksheet just about everyday so that we can build on what she learned in class that day. I feel entirely confident that my child will be fully prepared for preschool/ kindergarten next year thanks to all the wonderful people here. Thank you for everything yall do! If you are looking for a great daycare for you child with a good education side this is the one!

My son started there just over 2 years ago and we all love it! Its always hard to leave your child in the care of others but I truly believe they love him and care for him like their own! Now with the pre-school program I know for sure he will be well prepared for Kindergarten! I recommend Kidtowne to everyone who needs childcare!

We’ve been with this location for 5 years!! My children love the staff and their classmates! They’re informative with sick/wellness status’s and they keep them very engaged with learning!

My daughter is 4 years old and is always happy to go to Kidtowne. We love the flexibility of being able to use it 7 days a week as our schedules vary. We use it for our 9 year old as well when we need a "sitter". Every person that works there is friendly. I also appreciate that it does not have a bad odor, as some childcare places do. I recommend Kidtowne to many people moving to Madison and consider it a great asset to the community.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kidtowne. My 3 yr old foster daughter is thriving at KidTowne in Madison. Erica, Kourtney and Belinda are the absolute best. (I'm sure others are too, that's just who I talk to the most!). And it is SO hard for foster parents to find open daycare spots, especially who take CMA. It often prevents us from being able to take and keep a placement. So I know it's extra steps for the daycare, but a huge thank you to the owner for having this option for us!

Like some families we do not have family here and KidTowne has helped so much. When we needed a full-time daycare at the last minute KidTowne was there and welcoming. Since our youngest has started school we only need KidTowne during school breaks and whenever mommy and daddy want a date night. Thank you so much for all of the hard work the many conversations and kindness Ms. Deb, Andrew and David.

We have two kids that have attended KidTowne for several months and can't say enough good things about the staff. We shopped around for the best daycare when we moved to the area and have to say that we made the right choice!
