We're huge supporters of Hermitage Garage Door Repair. We've enlisted their services more than four times and can't recommend them enough. Despite the distance, they are always willing to come to us. Their team, like Justin and Marc, are both amicable and professional. We needed them urgently when our garage door spring broke. The technician, Braxton, was absolutely excellent. I kept apologizing for disturbing him late in the night, but he kept reassuring me that he was just doing his job and was glad to assist. He was quick, polite, and extremely efficient! Can't praise Hermitage Garage Door Repair enough!

I highly disagree with any of the bad reviews on here and I agree wholeheartedly with the hpod ones! James was the utmost professional and did a great job getting the job done the same day of our call. I highly recommend this business! James was the best working through dinner time and he had another call after us. I sent him.on his way with some deliciouslchocolate chip cookies so he would have a snack at least. Thanks James! You're the best!

Today George and Corbin did an incredible task installing our 2 new entry doors. I was amazed at how the session went, and clean when finished! They were friendly and professional. Could not have requested for better service! extremely recommended.

Spencer was the technician. I had an afternoon appointment, he contacted in the morning to see if he could come early. knowledgeable, fast, very professional. My door works like it was brand new. Plus he programed my vehicles door opener which has never worked. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Talked to Thomas on the phone, told him what happened with my garage door. He was here 30 min later, and repaired the door within an hour. excellent customer work couldn't be happier. Thanks for the help!

On Christmas day evening, my garage door opener quit on me. The following day, I contacted a different service but felt they were trying to cheat me. However, when I reached out to Hermitage Garage Door Repair, they responded within hours. Their technician, Marc, was absolutely fantastic. He quickly identified the issue with my garage door opener and fixed it right away, instead of pushing me to buy a new one. Marc was not only efficient and honest but also very friendly. I'd strongly suggest this company for any garage door repair needs in Hermitage, and I won't hesitate to call them again if the need arises.

i want to give a big shout out to braxton for the fantastic job he did installing my pair of garage doors! braxton arrived punctually in the morning. he first laid out his plan of action and estimated how long the job would take. he then worked tirelessly from early morning until just before 2 PM, without taking a single break! the finished product was nothing short of stunning and exhibited true professionalism! braxton also took the time to help me program the remote controls and walked me through the instructions, including how to replace the batteries. it's not easy to find someone with braxton's work ethic in hermitage these days! your garage door service is truly fortunate to have him on board! once again, thanks to braxton! what a fantastic experience!!!

This is yet another fake company that has violated Googles guidelines for quality. This "company" doesn't actually have a physical location and they have gamed the system to create a fake address. When you call, you'll be routed to a call center or some other company. Your service call is sold to a random person that is most likely not insured and isn't connected with an actual garage door company. Basically, this profile is used to answer calls and sell those calls. This profile should be taken off of Google as it hurts the consumer and hurts legitimate garage door companies in the area.

Fake company, call other local contractors that actually know what they are doing, and can give you the real price the first time.

Terrible. Terrible service I do not recommend going through this company. We were waiting over 4hrs for a tech to look at our garage door and we had heard nothing back from the tech. We called the number several times and kept getting the same story. The last time we called they finally told us that a tech was no longer coming. First of all, if a tech wasn’t coming in the first place how come no one told us soon. Instead we waited around and our plans got delayed. I’m very dissatisfied with this company. Shame on them.

100% scammers.. I told him what was wrong and asked if he could give me a quote after he showed up... said he would have to take it apart first... it was the main spring snapped .. and was trying to tell me the cable broke which it didn't.. they are not located in hermitage pa.. they are unlicensed contractors.. 🙄

3rd party. Do not use! They will lie and say they are from where you live. LIARS. REPORTED TO STATE POLICE AND GOOGLE.
