Bicycle Cove Madison

I have known the owner Chris and his wife for many years. Chris fitted me when he worked in Birmingham, before opening his first store here. I have bought three bikes from him since he has opened his first store and the one in Madison. Chris, Jessica and anyone whom he has hired has always been very responsive, considerate and mindful of putting their customers on the right bike and making sure they are satisfied. Look we all know in the world of google, that people can bash a business, just because they have a personality conflict with its owners, and get away with it. As you can overwhelming tell they get great reviews and for good reason. Having the store location in Madison is nice, and nice to not have to drive across town. Well I just had my service done on both my and my son’s bikes, which is part of the deal for your first when you buy a new bike. I am a firm believer in supporting my local bicycle shop. Just know if you buy a bicycle from here, they will take care of you and your investment. My son and I are loving our bicycles. Thanks Chris and team for a great service. Really would like to see some more bicycle cove apparel, mine is getting old lol.

We worked with the owner Chris who was extremely knowledgeable and who has very precise technical skills. He helped us in every respect to select and build this tandem cruiser for us. We love it and recommend this shop wholeheartedly!

After shopping around at the big box stores for a decent mountain bike, I was frustrated to say the least. Then I found Bicycle Cove. I went in expecting everything to be too expensive for me, but to my surprise I found a bike that was right in my price range. The Trek Marlin 5.

The owner of the store greeted me, asked if I needed any help and answered all my questions. He even offered to let me take the bike for a test ride! After a quick spin through the neighborhood behind the store, I went back and made the purchase.

Took my e-bikes in for service, they immediately put them on the rack and assessed them, came up with a plan to fix them, quoted me a price, and answered all my questions with professionalism, enthusiasm, and precision. They said it would take 10-12 days to complete but they had it done in 8. Once picked up the price was exactly as quoted on intake. I will definitely use this shop again!

I went looking to see if the business could alter the height of my bike however I was pleasantly surprised the patience and helpfulness the sales associate (Ben) showed me. He even provided me tips on how to handle the bike I wanted altered. Oftentimes when a salesperson determines you’re not ready to buy they move on. This sales associate made me want to look and buy a bike on the spot. I have to do some research first before this large purchase🤔. Friendly atmosphere; I hope to do business with them.

After years of nothing to do with bicycles I decided it was time to do something for my cardio and overall fitness. From my first step into the store until I walked out with my bike Chris did a wonderful job at hearing what I desired and in my opinion matching me to my perfect bike. I am very happy with the price of the bike and also all of the accessories that I added on. I am happy to know that bicycle cove is there if I ever need them. A+++

Chis, the owner, gave me a reasonable quote to replace my rear tire and tube. My bike was ready when promised and the work was perfect. Bicycle Cove will be my bike shop from now on.

I've run by the Madison shop several times this year. Chris, has been a huge help to me each time. It is great to have a bike shop like in our community.

I've been very happy with the service and the purchases I've made at Bicycle Cove in Madison. I've come in recently for problems on separate bikes that I needed fixed quickly for races, and they came through both times. The charges were very reasonable.

Frequent customer. Labor prices are a little high, possibly set by Trek. Trekfest sales make for extreme value purchases. Staff is very knowledgeable and passionate. Shop dog is a bonus!

I moved to Madison Alabama just under a year ago. Recently I found Bicycle Cove. So happy I did. From the phone call to the honest telling me what was truly going on with my bicycle was a blessing. I came in knowing nothing about bicycles except that I wanted one to train for a triathlon. They helped me pick a bike in my budget, installed the accessories I purchased, and answered all my questions. I'm sure I'll be back there in the future.
