Re-Bath

We are thrilled about our upcoming Re-bath installation. Our design consultant Andy has been extremely helpful. He was prompt for our appointment, came prepared with all necessary information and samples or pictures.
We discussed all of our options, costs, any possible issues, and design

Andy looked at our current master bathroom and asked us what we wanted, he gave suggestions but never pushed anything. He was positive but not aggressive in his approach, very professional.

After we had decided on what we wanted, we completely paperwork and were given copies immediately. He measured everything again, made a drawing and we confirmed via recording exactly what had been agreed to.. I loved this because there's no chance for miscommunication.
He gave a start time frame and told us what the completion time would be.
It is a very thorough process and we are very pleased.

Worked with ReBath today. Chris Saari was fantastic work with. He asked all the tough questions and figured out what we really wanted. Cant wait new Shower installed.

Re-Bath transformed our shower into this luxury shower, thus transforming the whole bathroom into a most comfortable and enjoyable place in our home. The service was great, the guys are excellent, and they know their profession. We could not be happier. We highly recommend this company for any updates you need for your bathroom.

Dixieland Re-Bath finished up our bathroom remodel in two days. It was contracted through the Lowe's in Huntsville. Fernando Sanchez started work on the morning of the 21st and finished in the early evening of the 22nd. He removed our old tub, commode, and dry wall; rerouted the tub drain and converted it to a shower drain, installed the new shower base, walls, fittings, fixtures, and a commode in our thirty year old manufactured home in two days with no problems. Fernando let us know what he had planned at the start of the first day, his progress and what was planned for the next day. He was prompt, courteous, always professional, methodical, and meticulous in the work he performed. Pepper, our female cat was right at home with his work and took the occasional nap on one of the drop clothes Fernando laid down to protect the carpet while he was working.

So exited to start this new journey with Re-Bath. My consultant, Terry, was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything in detail, brought samples to choose from and even went through every single option with me. He was very knowledgeable about products and addressed every concern I had. He was very professional and had exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

The install was presented in an efficient and non pressure setting .
Although we did not commit due to our re-model budget limit at this time we do hope to do business in the near future.

Andy Gray is very knowledgeable about his products and made our experience pleasant. All of the years I dealt with people in my business, I rate him number one! His sense of humor is refreshing.

From the first appointment Andy Gray has been the best to do business with. He is on time and extremely knowledgeable about his work and product. This was a big decision for us but his thorough detailing of all aspects of the process was so helpful. His friendly no pressure approach was greatly appreciated. We look forward to our new bathrooms.

Andy was very personable and warm. I like that he was so detailed and what I want mattered. He made suggestions which ultimately, helped me make the vest decision best for me. I had been dealing with a long-term issue with the original shower and was at a point of frustration. I am looking forward to the completion of the project.

Andy Gray was spectacular! This is the second time he has came to my home and both times he was full of information. I really like how they work with Lowes to make the process easier for payment. I like how Andy was able to sit down with me for over an hour and go over every detail of my bathroom. My bathroom is out of date and I needed help updating it. I really like his communication and how he was able to help me find the right touches to my bathroom. I am very please!

5 stars for Terry Young, the Re-Bath Design Consultant that I consulted with today. Terry was very helpful and knowledgeable about design and colors that go with the existing features. He made it a very fun enjoyable experience.

Our redesign specialist, Terry, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He had time for all of our questions and answered them with what we wanted to know and beyond. We would definitely recommend Re Bath for anybody looking to redesign their bathroom.

Andy came out to do our consult and he was awesome. He was professional, got right to the business at hand when he arrived, wasn't pushy at all about making the sale, and offered great advice about color choices. I highly recommend at least doing a consult.

Since we have only worked with our sales rep on information gathering for our bathroom remodel project, I can only give a double thumbs up for service thus far. Once the bathroom has been remodeled, I will give another review for the completion of the project. I will tell you that our sales representative Andy is the best! He is honest and humble, thorough and helpful. We trusted him over the quote we got from another company, because of his excellent follow through, and commitment to do the job that we need done. He enlisted the help of his company for the best recommendations for our project. If their corporate office tries to help with the follow-through, be sure and tell Andy, because he will follow through on his own, in a most professional manner. We will be excited to see our new remodel project in a few months!
