When my husband and I first started looking for a new home, Capshaw Grove in Harvest, AL was the first and last community I looked at. Crystal Johnson who is one of the realtors there for Adams Homes was amazing! She was so patient with us. She answered any and all questions I had promptly. I always received a response within 5-10 minutes. Anytime we wanted to look at a house she always made herself available to us! During the underwriting process, there were quite a few tears. Crystal was so caring and compassionate. She always made me feel so much better. I would 100% recommend Crystal and Adam’s Homes. As a matter of fact my daughter and her husband also bought in Capshaw Grove and we all couldn’t be any happier.

Very difficult to get a closing date. Very little or poor communication. Nice home but lots of little things that just do not work well (closet door blocks clothes rack, front door comes very close to staircase, mantle shelf is too narrow, shelf in laundry/mud room is unusable, etc.). Several people employees quit. Hard to find someone who knew answers. House failed city inspection and we never knew about it. Hard to get straight answer from company leadership regarding when things are going to be fixed.

The house is great however their production manager Jeremy will not fix issues their contractors create. Before you close ensure that they fix everything to your liking even if you have paper work from them stating that they will fix at a later date when it dries out. They will NOT honor their word. I have 2 foot hole in my yard that was created from equipment from them attempting to fix drainage that I will have to fix because they are dishonest. I also have a tree that I had to remove at my cost that they certified as alive but again dishonesty. Stay away from them as a builder.
